It’s Game Week! (6days til the we take the field)

Well boys and girls it’s game week, not the week of the game but 6 days to go til game time, so on this pseudo-Sunday blogs will start film breakdowns, player analysis, and searching for every detail that they can tell every soul at their New Year’s Eve party as to why we are garaunteed victory (Probably while ignoring Mariah Carrey flopping on national television again) so bassically what we on this blog do all year long. Michigan enters the week favored by a TD and a 2point conversion. Personally I’d bet one hair on Don Brown’s orange mustache that Michigan wallops SC by 20+ but that might just be the Christmas hangover. Enjoy game week everyone!

the definite article was an inadvertant insertion, the "til [the] we take the field," use of the first person plural "we" grammatically includes the poster as one who will “take the field" on Monday.

Thus " we" expect "you" to play well and win, whoever you are.

I haven't seen any SC film, but what makes everyone so confident Michigan's going to walk away with this victory so effortlessly? There's still an OL issue and a QB issue. There's still an issue with fielding a competent offense in general. Oh, and our defense does have weaknesses that teams have been able to exploit at times throughout the season; look for SC to have a game plan to try and attack our weak spots. Do I have confidence Michigan will win? YES. But how some of you can declare a 20+ point victory with so much conviction is baffling to me.

Bowl changes: Harbaugh has been mentioning that he'd prefer redshirts be given 4 games, used anywhere in the season. That would be such a great rule change, adding so much to bowl games. I wish Hurst wasn't playing, but in a non-playoff / non-NY6 game it would be great to see players like Villain, Oliver Martin, Jeter, one of the freshman LBs, and James Hudson, among others. Assuming any could win playing time. Curious to see if Onwenu is back at RG, and if anyone challenges JBB at RT.
