...Ok.
Dude - it was a shit post. At least add a link FFS! Something more than a title.
To be fair, the blog does publish its own "Elements Of Style". Granted, Macmillan refuses to print it or market it, but it does exist....on a laptop....in an undisclosed location.
I mean if you’re not up to the task, staying out of the way isn’t the worst idea in the world. Creating a board-worthy post isn’t difficult.
Graham Glasgow signs with Lions
Former UM and Lions OL signed a 1 year deal worth $4.5 million to rejoin the Lions today.

See? That’s literally all you have to do. You can even add a blurb about his role likely being a reserve lineman in the C/G role if you’re feeling fancy.
FWIW, it’s not the worst post in the world. Just lacking a link and some information other than a title.

Exactly. Even more true considering people will trip over eachother to post any news you don't. I would guess I have started two posts in my history.
I've turned into the old man yelling at a cloud. I don't get why people race to post news that they didn't generate themselves. Doubly so when it's tangential fairly unimportant news like this.
It's like they're the same people who play music loudly over bluetooth speakers in public.
I don't have too many either. I posted an already posted thing about one of Braylon's DUIs a long time ago. Scarred for life.
It’s Bob Wehadababyitsaboy
Smart move, respond with hostility and double down.
These people just wait for a post to complain. Biggest assholes here.
When Reddit visits MGoBlog.
Wtf is Reddit?
1 year dear for up to 4.5 million

That’s a good dear
Oh deer.
Good signing, he can adequately handle both Guard spots and Center.
Lions are so far having a smart productive F/A period.
They really have, it's creeping me out a little. In addition to their smart re-signings of critical players, they've added 2 running backs, 2 Corners, and now Glasgow. The team looks like it not only won't miss a beat from last year, but they look improved, with added depth. While losing Williams sucks, Montgomery is one of the best short yardage backs in the league, and gives them options catching out of the backfield.
I hear ya man, and The Lions have 5 of the first 80 picks in April.
Really looking forward to Cam Sutton as he really seems ecstatic to be in Motown. It's funny how players want to play for Dan Campbell, while players couldn't wait to get out of town and away from o'l Neck Beard.
I'm not happy about losing Williams, although I think Montgomery is a slight upgrade. I won't be surprised if they draft a RB in the middle rounds. Swift is entering the last year of his contract, and I don't think he's had one season when he hasn't been injured. If he has a similar season in 2023, it's probably time to move on.
I like the signings, as it looks like they're being smart with their money. I'm still concerned about a viable backup QB, though.
Montgomery is a more versatile back than jamaal.
playing behind an O-line that’s far superior to anything he played behind in Chicago should boost his numbers as well.

I honestly think Swift is going to have a really big year playing for his best shot at one big contract.
Then he'll put the Lions in a tough spot coming off a career year looking to get paid but is still a RB with extensive durability concerns.
I'm just glad that signing with the Lions no longer feels a death sentence for a player I have a UM rooting interest for.
Also a great locker room. Everybody loves GG. DC seems to prioritize signing guys that fit the new culture.
They've been great except that Anzalone contract. Way too much for a mediocre LB

While I wasn't thrilled with the Anzalone resigning, especially at first, but in context to other deals going out I get it more now. I thought it was too much money too, but then looking around the league it seems depth & rotation players are consistently getting about 4-6 mil per year. Anzalone is a solid rotation LB while, yeah, a mediocre starter.
But you can really see Holmes philosophies coming out. Hes spent low draft picks and few FA assets on the LB position. Im thinking his plan is to continue to beef up the D-Line through the draft and hoping that improved play leads to more space for the LB to operate comfortably in.
Great news! Lions doing things I like will always feel strange and unfamiliar
YES! He's one of my all time favorites and I'm also a Lions fan.
Honestly, I am actually starting to think the Lions have a good GM. Brad Holmes seems to be making smart strategic decisions on a regular basis, something I have never seen from a Lions GM.

Right? Isn't overpaying or breaking the bank for FA. Continues to look to build the team from the trenches on out. The trades have been sound. I'm way, way too excited for this year's draft.

It'll be nice to have a Glasgow in the area again.
To be fair, this is an easier and more informative post than GhostofJermain.
