4th phase

This would explain MSU's knack for having the game of their lives against Michigan. A lot easier to plan the Fall Camp Drive when you know what plays are coming.

That said I doubt they taped Michigan, and if they did tape anyone it would have to be a lower budget school without an indoor practice facility.

Really doubt he is lying.  I don’t think this is something they would put in a law suit if he didn’t still have a copy of the video.  Just like the recruiting photo I’m betting that we’ll see this video soon.

I'm surprised they had the time what with their busy schedule of PED injections, sexual assault coverups, bail hearings, and ritualistic trash tornado dances to manipulate the weather.

Shoulda settled this one.

Here's a link to the story he promised: Former Michigan State recruiting director Curtis Blackwell files new lawsuit alleging football violations.  Here are some of the other allegations:

Blackwell also said Dantonio required him to do things that violated NCAA rules, including visiting recruits' homes, soliciting improper benefits for family members of recruits and tampering by contacting players enrolled at other NCAA schools to recruit them.

That's probably standard (and prudent) practice for coaches who are breaking or bending the rules. Assign one person to do all the shady stuff, and then if anybody finds out, label him a "rogue employee" and fire him. And then hope and pray he isn't the litigious type. Oops.

I'm willing to bet that Blackwell would have been okay as the recruiting benefits fall guy.  Probably agreed to it before being assigned such shenanigans.  But I suspect he drew the line at being shoved in front of the bus regarding criminal accusations.  I'm sure the gloves came off when Dimtonyo kept the lie train moving at full speed instead of settling.  Things gettin' uglier!

More LIES being told by someone who is JEALOUS and unable to accept that he was never a TRUE SPARTAN WARRIOR.  Maybe Curtis should just SHUT UP and head back to Detroit where it's o.k. to LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL. That type of behavior isn't part of the CULTURE at MSU.  It's too bad Curtis wasn't able to get to MSU sooner and have a POSITIVE MALE ROLE MODEL in the form of Coach Dantonio influence his life for the better.

Speaking of roids.  Max Bullough is cincy’s grad assistant.  I’m not sure what graduate degree he is actually capable of completing though.

This new lawsuit is a little weird.  These are all old claims that he and his lawyer had to know about when they filed their federal lawsuit, but they didn’t include them.  Then some time down the road, they apparently wanted to amend that suit, and the judge refused to allow it, which is itself interesting as amendments are liberally allowed.  So now Blackwell decides his contract wasn’t renewed because of his race and files a new lawsuit about it?  That’s normally the first claim you would file.  Time will tell, but I am highly skeptical that this is anything more than an effort to make State look worse by making explosive allegations that his lawyer hopes will enhance the plaintiff’s settlement position.
