I’ve never once posted on that board, but go over there once a week or so to look. Man oh man, the “Blue Wall of UM National media control and manipulation” theme is accepted as an article of RCMB faith. It’s actually a good case study in how conspiracy theories gain acceptance within local communities

There isn't a whinier, more entitled fanbase out there. Yeah, we talk trash back and forth with Buckeye fans, and then we talk some football after. With State fans, it's just excuses for every single loss, excuses for every single Michigan victory, and the notion that they may have ever gotten a single favorable call is inconceivable to them. Now watch as they #BoycottTheB1G, the conference that does nothing but baby them.

Sorry, but 56-7 doesn't get you anywhere, Sparty. As the 2021 season's greatest player said, Michigan State is "poison for the soul".

You know what rhymes with State? Second rate.

Well, Iowa schemed its offense last Saturday to prevent Aidan from wrecking it. And by doing so, it became so compromised on passing downs, it had no chance of staying in contact with Michigan after the Wolverines jumped to a 14-point lead. So, I'd say that any player who commands that much attention in detailed conference championship game planning and play calls has to be crowned best player in the conference.

The funny thing is, we knew he was a dominant player most of the season. But what I never really appreciated as the season wore on, was how he raised the play nationally of our team almost weekly. In the end, the game against Ohio State was so purposeful and so complete in performance by the entire team, but especially Aidan, that you could no longer ignore the implications of it. And the well-deserved satisfaction of a job well done.

That is also the mark of a well-coached team, which some of us are only coming to realize.

This has to be a very satisfying award for AH.  All the other honors, although well deserved, were selected by outsiders to the game.  This was from the coaches who have to game plan for him, watch hours of film of him wrecking everyone who lines up against him.  They know which players gave them the most headaches and at the top of that list is Aidan Hutchinson.  Bravo, AH, Go Blue, and let’s wreck some Georgia game plans!
