Another amazing season of Michigan Athletics
Double digit, league-leading amount of championships won.
Multiple individual National Champions, multiple National Championships by a young Michigan Cheer squad.
Multiple teams bringing home NCAA team trophies for Top-4 finishes
Last season Michigan set a record with 11 B1G Championships won. Almost equaled that in 2018-19 with 10 won and came very close in multiple sports to it being way higher than that.

Thanks, WD, for posting this. It always is good to hear about the success of all our M teams!!
GO BLUE!!
And still no football
Then why bring it up?
Because some people can’t handle success in anything without yelling about football
Someone's sense of humor is off today.
I understand, the new Student T-Shirt is trash.
Co-East in football ... I think they actually give a trophy for division champs
Dominated the East and rightly won the division
....umm. If we dominated the East, why did a certain East Division opponent beat us by almost 4 touchdowns?
Even I'm an OSU fan realize you're nit-picking. You can't always win in every thing, but you gotta give credit to the athletic program for it success, especially at a rigorous university.
Excellent post WD - This was a remarkable year. Warde Manuel has some incredible coaches and programs that bring us great joy as fans. Go blue!
Warde Manuel? Puh-leeze
You and Warde not on speaking terms again?
Yes, Warde Manuel.
The Athletic Director's job is to oversee all of the athletic programs and make sure everybody is in the best position to succeed. Everybody at Michigan is succeeding. It's going really, really well right now. Warde Manuel's one and only job is going really well.
Okay, now you go. What are you bitching about?
You are trying to reason with a troll. He will not be happy until he sees that you are unhappy. Don’t give him that pleasure, he is not worth it.
Noted. Thanks.
In my defense, it's hard to tell around here sometimes.
MIssing the 3 sports I care about most - Football, Basketball, and Hockey
I hope that changes soon!
Football - Co-Big Ten East Champs
- I know, it's not what we want, but still you gonna complain about a trophy?
Basketball - Sweet 16
- WD included baseball's regional championship (which only got them into the round of 16), so might as well include the Sweet 16 in basketball.
The only people who care about the "co-division champ" are the record keepers. Michigan got their asses handed to them by OSU and did not win the division. I don't care if the division record was the same. The tie breaker is the loss to OSU. That trophy is worthless.
I’m sick and tired of the women being the only ones who win anything. I thought we had the baseball title, but the damn refs stole it away.
We need an "instaban" buttons for these accounts. Set a threshold for it to happen when a certain number of users click it. You could even weight the clicks by the points of the user clicking the button. It wouldn't cure the problem completely, but it would make the new troll accounts disappear more quickly.
Came for the misogyny, stayed for the "baseball has refs" part
The clown literally has a post that says “who cares about baseball. We’re a softball school”

paging the football team...
Leaders and the Best!!!
go Blue
Michigan solidified 2nd place in the Director's Cup, and actually closed the massive 321.5 point gap with Stanford to ever-so-slightly less massive 295.5 point gap.
Big Ten team rankings before baseball:
9. penn state
10. ohio state
15. Wisconsin
18. Minnesota
33. Indiana (should move up)
35. Iowa
36. Maryland
42. Illinois
43. Northwestern
44. michigan state
49. Nebraska
54. Purdue (should move up)
81. Rutgers (ouch...)
Which P5 schools are worse than Rutgers?
87. Boston College
89. Washington State (worst Pac12 team)
92. Kansas State (worse Big 12 team)
131. Pittsburgh (wow, that's just terrible, ACC)
So much positives!!
Are the cheerleading champs gonna get an invite to the White House?
WD's house.
