BTT Open thread: Day 3 [Non-Michigan Games]
Wisconsin vs. Izzo's highest paid team yet at noon.
Michigan vs. Nebraska will play 25 minutes after that clutch and grab fest concludes.
Penn State vs. Ohio State at 6:30pm.
Purdue vs. Buttgers (!!) 25 minutes after those two terrible schools are done.
all times EST. All games on BTN.
Go Blue!
State's win probability has dropped from 90% to 80% since I've opened the gamecast on espn. Come on Badgers! Keep on dropping it!
Edit: Down to 76% by the time I was done typing this. Wow!
Weak foul call! BS
Izzo bitching about every call
Meanwhile, it looks to me like they're getting nearly every call.
Izzo bitching and whining about the refs? Hard to fathom...
Announcers are going out of their way to try to defend these terrible calls. Obvious MSU charge, called as a block: "Oh, that's such a tough call..."
Wisonsin player literally got bulled over
Giving MSU the 'ole Iowa ref assistance today.
The refs are calling it tiiiiiight. Anyone know if the same refs will be blowing whistles all day again at 2:30?
agh, foul trouble for wisconsin
OK, so let me make sure I understand Crispin's logic: It's a charge, but the officiating is so bad that you know they'll call it as a block, so you shouldn't try to play defense?
That's twice that Winston has dropped his shoulder and run directly into Davison, who had legal guarding position, and twice that the referees have blown the call. It's not that hard -- if you lower your shoulder and initiate the contact, it's a charge.
Basketball refs are so, so terrible and unlikeable.
Foul calls are so lopsided
Izzo is a douche.
Idiot announcer says the fouls actually favor Wisconsin. What a jackass
tomorrow we need to have Rahk, Poole, X... whoever he is checking, attack the basket
wagner will have to play smart tomorrow and not be in foul trouble for us to have a good shot
Happ at line
jackson fouled out
game on
what they eat?
That last UW possession was pretty sad :(
That last possession for Wisconsin was truly awful.
