Our FT shooting is going to be the reason we don't reach our potential in the tournament. This season full of bricks at the FT line has been embarassing

What a fucking game. Excruciating. Played against 3 extra people all game. But the team showed heart and persevered. Thank you, Teske! Thank you, Robinson! Greatly improved defense in the second half. On to Nebraska. I'm exhausted.

Beilein is clearly unhappy with this performance, but he's Beilein so it's charming rather than curmudgeonly and you know he's excited for all the things he can tell them the need to fix.

Ugly offensive performance overall, but Robinson came in to save the day again. When he’s hot, he’s HOT!

I still call the refs crap in this game. They were all over the place from calling ticky tack non fouls and ignoring blatant fouls that looked like they were performed by Devin Bush on a QB. Very confusing officiating in this game.

Michigan 3-19 from 3.  Beilein thought Matthews long 2 was a 3 - refs should have reviewed that rather than Zaprudering the OOB call

Both of those calls were right.  His foot was on the line -- it wasn't even close -- and the ball was off of Teske.  Of course, you probably could have called a foul on the Iowa player for going through Teske and Matthews to propel the ball.

That wasn't even in the top 10 most egregious calls of this game.

Michigan is 5-0 at Madison Square Garden since November 2012, but this was a nailbiter that should be a wake-up call for the next game.

can go back to their usual rec league.  what a fucking joke.

but they got the W anyway.  gritty win with only Drob shooting the ball.  the rest of the team was o-fer from 3. unbelievable.

Thank God.

Glad I stepped away...

Yay, Teske w/ his blocks, Livers, and yes, Matthews :)

edit: and of course Robinson & the always inestimable Beilein...

A tournament game against a team you beat twice already, without your top two guys, in overtime and our 3 balls are not falling and a customary 3-4 minute scoring drought and we win I will take it but they need to get their heads in the game a bit seemed very indifferent in the first half. Go blue
