Excited! Hoping for good news. Me and my wife and our puppy and 3 week old newborn are temporarily evacuated from Santa Barbara area in southern CA, waiting for air to be better and better fire containment. Hoping for great Michigan news today in this heavy time.

Ruiz is host to the 3 Ole Miss visitors. Said he personally wouldn't be bothered by Patterson transfer, iron sharpens iron, no one should feel threatened. Didn't sound like a commitment will be made until end of the visit. Hope I'm wrong cause the anxiousness is killing me

Ya some Bama insider brought it up on TMI. They were not sure if he was being offered the same position or a DC position. If I was Harbaugh I would throw a assistant DC tag on Partridge and bump up his pay. There is no way we can afford to lose him! He is by far our best recruiter and without him we would lose a shit ton of connections out East and down South.

It’s not DC, so looks like it would be a “lateral” move. I think Jim should get him a raise just in case though. One of my best friends lives down there and is a diehard alabama fan. Their message boards are abuzz with chatter about CP. Don’t know if it’s wishful thinking on their behalf or if there’s smoke. From myensI can’t imagine him getting the DC position at Alabama just yet.
