So did Denard Robinson. Its a great call in the college game. A running QB on 3rd and short is invaluable.
Think about it. Once the ball is snapped, the first person who can spot a hole in the line has the advantage of getting to that hole first. Who better than the QB for such a role, especially if that QB has jets.

So if PSU defeats Ohio State at Ohio State by a wider margin than PSU defeated Michigan at PSU, does that mean Michigan is better than Ohio State?
Ohio State would have two losses. Michigan has two losses. Ohio State lost at home to Oklahoma. Michigan lost at home to MSU.
One could make the argument that UM > OSU, if OSU loses badly at home to PSU.
