oining Colin Cowherd to discuss college football, Anthony Herron says Jim Harbaugh's No. 19 Michigan Wolverines will shut down Saquon Barkley and dominate the No. 2 Penn State Nittany Lions.

- Can Michigan score enough points to keep up with Penn State?

- Yes because they're going to shut Penn State down.

COLIN COWHERD: Oh.

- They are. So Saquon Barkley-- and-- and-- there's a couple of factors I'm-- I'm putting into this. One, it's not just the tangible. Part of this is the intangible. And I talk about this a lot on the Pac 12 network because when you have a situation, like Penn State, where they haven't really been tested this season. People are anointing to Sequan Barkley, with good reason, and--and a generational talent as a running back, he's only rush for over 100 yards, twice this season. Let's not act like he's been lighting up the scoreboard--

COLIN COWHERD: Right.

- --week in and week out. And they got James Franklin, he's talking about other jobs. These are things to me that add up, intangibly, to a Penn State team that will be slightly less focused in a home game, where they're going to be tested for the first time. And a Michigan team that's going to come in ticked off. And Jim Harbaugh, who's going to have his team ready to go--

COLIN COWHERD: You sound like you're talking upset.

- If it's considered upset by somebody, sure. I don't know. Michigan's a good team. Michigan is a good team whose going to go in, they're going to defeat Penn State. I wouldn't be surprised they blow Penn State out.

COLIN COWHERD: Woah!

- I think they're going to punch Penn State in the nose, and the Nittany Lions aren't going to know how to respond. Michigan is going to dominate this game.

COLIN COWHERD: You are--

- Mark my words.

- So you like-- do you like USC comfortably?

- I don't know if USC will be as comfortable. I-- I think USC has been tested so consistently. I think Notre Dame has been tested enough, as well. I like the medal of Notre Dame, in a way that I--I just think Notre Dame is going in more focused. And I believe Penn State will go in focused in this match up, they have with Michigan. I think Michigan is going to go in with that-- that Clubber Lang, like my prediction is pain, kind of, mentality.

[LAUGHS]

- And they're going to put it on Penn State. I do not think it's going to be that close by the end of the game.

COLIN COWHERD: OK. You're--

White out does look intimidating. Question, the reason big house doesn't go maize out 100% like this white out is because we give away more tickets to alumni than students ? I want this environment when we play other teams at the big house.
