Noon Games (open thread) + Viewing Schedule

Submitted by Mr. Yost on

Improvement Week. But still...get'up, it's GAMEDAY! Blacksburg, VA WAS ROCKING (for ESPN College Gameday)!

Not a GREAT week of football, but it could be worse...it could be June. Besides, some potentially sneaky good games or close games like the one last night.

EDIT: Changed from ESPN College Gameday (open thread) to Noon Games (open thread)

I recently celebrated a rather memorable birthday but not one that I would expect to start experiencing mind tricks.  Can someone please confirm that I just saw the NW QB roll out in his own end zone with a reasonable amount of time and then proceed to take a sack resulting in a safety and thus eliminating whatever small hope they had of a heroic last minute drive?

It looked like that, but no, he threw the ball away, right?  He didn't just hold it did he?  Couldn't have.

It seems like it's dumb to only worry about the miracle it would be for vsndy to score 2 tds in 1:48 and no time outs, and not worry about the miracle of fumbling in the victory formation in the rain. Both are extremely unlucky. But I actually think it's more likely they fumble the kneel and they score, than vandy scoring fast then onside then score again fast with no time outs.

Indiana is actually kind of outplaying Penn State apparently based on the stats. Of course they have to limit the bad plays but they could have a shot. Surprised they are out gaining PSU on the ground. They've got a chance.
