#4 Washington - #1 Bama Open Thread

Figured I start one for this game. Rooting for Washington and Clemson today, but obviously will probably be disappointed.

Go Huskies.

but let's not pretend like it happened overnight. Saban has been building this for the past decade.  I'm not sure we ever get to quite that ridiculous level of talent and depth (#1 class like every other year, #2 class when not #1), but if Harbaugh sticks around and consistently lands top 5 classes with players of his choice, we will get close enough to be challenging for the CFP every.

It takes time to build a program that reloads instead of rebuilds. We'll get there.

The way i see it is simple, cant win the big game nowdays playing honest ball. Besides UW all other three teams have found ways to cheat and build solid programs. You dont have to cheat all the time but once you do it just enough to build steam ahead (i.e osu) where you win enough to attract top talent then you just go from there.

Alabama's current RB depth consist of 2 former 5*, 2 high 4* and a high 3*. It's just not fair how they're landing and pushing out NFL RB at the pace they are...

Many have stated how great this Alabama team is without a star QB but to see Hurts only go 7-14 for 54 passing yards is incredible.

RBs will get a lot of the credit but it's that OL that I envy the most, and second is their defense's scoring ability.

from a Bama fan.  It's about the Tide and their dominance, nothing to do with the rest of that overrated conference.

It's like, yeah we lost the war, and the South may not rise again, but our football team is amazing and is in a formlery Confederate state....so, SEC, SEC

Alabama looks taller, more muscular and just plain stronger than everybody else.  What the hell are they feeding those guys?  Seriously, WTF?!  They just dominated a good UW offensive line.  UW had nothing going on offense all game.

I hope OSU wins tonight just so Alabama can destroy them in the championship game.  Then I hope Saban retires to give the rest of the FBS teams a chance.
