East Lansing Roll Call - Who is going? - Wear Maize?

Who is going to the game this weekend?  I just got invited by a Spartan.

All week I will think about this game, I couldn't be more thrilled.  Of course any win we can get will be good enough, but I want a solid win. 

I propose every Michigan fan in attendance wear maize, which will pop out more.

Be loud.....very loud.

commuter lot.  Shuttle service can be a pain after the game with long lines.  The walk isn't bad and relatively fan friendly.  I usually shuttle to the game, walk back, its a mile and a half walk.

 

Before the game walk has the added bonus of being able to stop at the MSU dairy store for some damn fine ice cream.

I was there about 8 years ago when OSU was #1, bucks scored an early TD and the student section started leaving.  By the 4th Q it was 3/4th buckeyes with what was left in the stadium.

Always been a fair weather crowd, they don't even sell out their non ND, OSU, UM games.

They don't realize that 17 of 26 freshmen have gotten playing time this year, and they think Harbaugh wll be gone to the NFL after year 4. Unreal.

I unfortunately took a stroll to RCMB and there is plenty of talk that UofM will fall off the face of the earth next year.

They also have a thread about UofM fans being "angry" that MSU is down as it will take away from their victory.

Hey Sparties, I am thrilled that you are 2-5 and I will be more thrilled when you fall to 2-6.  You can't count your FCS win over "Furman" so in the calendar year of 2016, starting with Alabama's beatdown 38-0, you guys are 1-6 with your only win over a 2-5 Notre Dame team.

I have gone to the last 4 UM vs. MSU games, but sadly I cannot this year. 

 

However, I encourage ANYBODY with the ability to go to buy tickets and attend. Spartan Stadium is not a scary place for visitors and there will be so many of us in attendance. 

 

My two younger brothers are buying tickets from Stubhub this week, I am instructing them to wear maize and be loud!

We are coming in from Fort Riley Kansas to witness this amazing game. This will be the first Michigan game I get to experience with my entire family. Regardless of the outcome it's going to be a special game for us. Then I found out today that the wife bought our family the Big House tour for Monday. Now that's a great Michigan woman. This is going to be one hell of a great weekend!

My 17 yeat old son and i will be there in maize. I went to school there Nursery to kindergarten, i had no choice(true story). But for college when i could choose, I did so wisely - U of M.

Wolverine fan doing my part here! I bought 2 tickets online for $40 each from spartan season ticket holders. Best case scneario I will be there with my maize on...worst case the seats will be empty...which is still good in my opnion.

I live in cbus and as you can imagine don't have a lot of wolverine fans to make a road trip with lol.

I'm going!  I got tickets yesterday from a Sparty season ticket holder.  It's going to be a great day.  Any locations where the Michigan fans will be tailgaiting?  I've never been to East Landfill for tailgating.

I will be in Section 7 thanks to stubhub and whatever season ticket holder unloaded their tix (shame on you!). Michigan fans need to get their maize & blue butts into as many seats as possible. This team will embarrass MSU on the field and we can embarrass their fanbase by taking over Spartan Stadium. Make it a home game for Harbaugh & Co.

Everyone Murders

Attending with my (wonderful) Spartan wife and one of my Wolverine fan sons (16 years old).  Sitting with MSU faculty friend with other faculty, so we'll limit it to positive cheering and limit the woofing.  We will rock Michigan colors, but mostly Blue with splashes of Amarillo.

I've not been in Spartan Stadium since Woodson was a pup (1995 - an unpleasant visit), so very excited to return to the Soviet comforts of Spartan Stadium.
