OT-Game of Thrones S6 E5
Though, unlike the Mongols. The khalasars are generally warn. weather. How would they do up north?

Spoiler Alert: Ned Stark dies.
I command you to find a cure...
after a weak ass kingsmoot...
outside of the birthing of the others, and even that was weak exposition, this has been a lame episode....
Are you the guy who always has hot takes on GoT?

while Hodor held the door against the zombie horde trying to bust it down.
After watching this episode, I realize the Night King's not necessarily a bad dude... he's just coming back to the north with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind!
(But no seriously, way to go Children of the Forest.)
"A Song of Bran Ruins Everything"
Fucking shit, I've never cried at a character death before and I'm bawling like a child. He held the door :(

Wow... A slower episode, but what a finish. I don't know if I've ever been so sad after watching a TV show. What a somber, chillingly impressive finish to an episode that, for the most part, was laying the ground work for "the wars to come."
The way they slowly drug it out with young Hodor wailing and the from-above shot (reminiscent of the Jon shot that ended S5).... Wow, did the writers/director/cinematographer/actors just absolutely nail that scene. Unbelievable job.
The gamat of thoughts and emotions that ran through me was crazy. Pure sadness for Hodor, shock and intrigue for what this means for Bran, excitement for what this means for the Inceptiony logic of what's happening and some small fright for Bran and Meera. Obviously Bran has some plot armor, still, but it wouldn't have been the most shocking death ever.
Maybe bean will get eaten by a dragon.

Summer died saving Bran... I mean, it sucks, but it seemed to fit perfectly. I think it would have been more lame if all of the crew somehow survived it. There are serious consequences to Bran's warging and the Night's King and his army are a serious threat to all.

time for her to go north.
Bran better be fucking important. Four named characters just gave their lives to protect him, five if you count Jojen earlier.
Well, he's the next "tree hugger," isn't he?

Actually, the Hodor thing made no damned sense whatsoever, but I suppose suspension of disbelief will get me through it.
Lots of deus ex machina in that storyline. I'm guessing they needed it so Bran can go back to the Tower of Joy once the old One Eyed Raven isn't there to stop him any more. Will he somehow cause Lyanna's death? His warging is almost uniformly unfortunate for those around him.
So.... who is the person Varys heard speak from the fire.....
And could it be Bran??????
