For what it's worth, on 247sports, Tom Loy, a ND analyst, just made 4 crystal Ball predictions: QB Rocky Lombardi to Michigan State C Caesar Ruiz to Michigan LB Drew Singleton to Michigan ATH Fofie Bazzie to Maryland Bazzie and Lombardi just committed hours earlier to Maryland and MSU, respectively, and Ruiz had just named UM his leader so possibly Singleton is committing? Might just be reading too much into it, but I found it oddly coincidental given the others projected by Loy.

Always fun to hear about kids who say yes to invites but really wish we could get to a point where we could do early LOIs which are tangible.

it's a recruit who came to the spring game without his parents. Harbaugh would likely have asked him to go home and discuss it with them before committing.

I've put this on the Blueprint 2017 post, but since this one is more about who's commiting I will put it here as well.

Tyler Beach commited to Wisconsin. Cesar Ruiz released his top 12 schools in order and Michigan is #1, Ruiz will probably take his time before he commits though.

Fast RB.  Funny the article earlier made it sound like they were going to take their time.  But his dad did say, once he makes his decision, it's for good.  GO BLUE!!
