Nebraska will be a team to watch next year. This year was filled with multiple close loses (6 one possesion loses) and some of those being last minute endings.

I was kind of rooting for nebraska to lose, nothing against them personally, but it is an absolute travesty that a team with a losing record goes to a bowl.  But now I want them to keep pouring it on and further trash ucla and mora.  Can't wait for the headlines about how a sub-500 B1G team torches one of the pac 12 golden teams.

the disappointment factor.

Do you think UCLA was stoked in practice to be playing a 5-7 Nebraska?  Me neither.

Plus, despite their respective 8-4 and 5-7 records (and we all know how many close-call loses Nebraska suffered), UCLA and Nebraska were ranked #26 and #50 respectively by Sagarin.  Moreover, Nebraska was only a 5 or 6 point underdog.

Methoughts this was more of a "which team shows up" type game.

UCLA fans are baying for blood. I will be very interested to watch what happens with that program over the next few months. This has a Rich Rod vs. Penn St. In 2010 feel to it, of all the programs flaws being highlighted against an opponent people were not expecting to look that bad against.
