It looked like he had possession and the ground caused the ball to come loose...also he appeared to be knocked out on the play. He is lucky to be walking off.

OK so its the same rule as a catch... but they are calling it down by contact! Mike Carey says that he sees it the other way.
Once again there are descrepancies and differences of opinions on the rules!

I wonder if the fumble was overturned because the when the ref saw that the Bronco player wasn't really blocked into the punt returner, he decided to give it to Indy. Only way I can make sense of it.

The Indy defender who tried to tackle Anderson by the shoulder reminds me of something that I have never forgotten from my days on the Michigan Daily. One day when I was attending practice, Bo got down on one of his players for trying to make a tackle that way, and yelled at him, "I don't want any of that shoulder bullSHIT!" My guess is he never saw it again, at least from that player and the others who were present.
