META: Your favorite MGoBlog posters of the past
Saw an interesting exchange in the THE HARBAUGHING thread I started earlier and though i would open it up into its own thread for discussion.
Veteran members, lurkers-now-posters. Who are your favorite posters of the past? These can be guys that got banned, Bolivia'd or just stopped posting on the site and moved on with life unannounced.
If you have any old timey or famous threads from the past, post those also. I'm in the mood for a laugh and want to be entertained.
My favorite that amused me quite often was Section 1. Not sure what happened to him. Why is he my favorite?
It's easy. The 20 page Rich Rod wars he started in threads. Also his blatant stepping over the line into the No Politics zone that got others riled up.

There have always been more women on this board than anyone suspects. Even in the Haloscan days.

CleverMichiganReference? Her comments were pithy like BiSB's, if BiSB had two X-chromosomes.

he's still around and has posted a bit more of late. My recollection = he melted down over RR's treatment (as did many) and got REALLY pissy with everyone for a bit. Seems to be back and more like his old self, which is excellent. Dude is damn funny at times.

because you could get a contact buzz off his posts.

I came for the first coaching search but I stayed because of the boards. Thanks to every last one of you. You've all contributed something to make this a really funny, smart and informative place to hang. It's been a fun 6 1/2 years.

It's funny - I've been posting here for what feels like forever, but other than the big names who fell apart spectacularly - Section1, chitownblue - I honestly don't remember most of the other flameouts. That said, the fact that this thread is 200+ posts long and growing says quite a bit about the history of this site.
Also, when I do leave, I can only hope that my flameout will be as memorable as some of the ones people noted here.

Stephanrjking for his calming influence. Magnus for his candor and Kate-love. Rdt because he was awesome and his dual persona outing was truly a great mgoblog moment. Mgobrewmom because she's old school (although I doubt she's old). Bisb. Space Coyote (even if he does piss Brian off). Everyone murders. The_knowledge has been well off his game lately so I left him off my list until last year's 2015 osu game.

was great.
Also, free Haloscan.

I know Block M (with the Monsters Inc. avatar, I think) is still on the blog but haven't seen him post as much lately. Always a good contributor to threads IMO...hope his recent scarcity is just life changes (kids, job, whatever) and not anything serious.
