So many things wrong with this post; but which should I correct?

I'll go with grammar. I'm sure you meant to write this:

"Eh...Both of these guy come from countries that are racist. So, why watch?"

Salem, MA

Pros:

Close to enough to Boston to enjoy it without paying being as expensive.

Large enough of a city

Lots of history and culture in addition to the witch stuff.

Cons:

October gets pretty weird.

05/07/2018 - 12:51pm I reffed IM football,

I reffed IM football, broomball, and one game of basketball.

Broomball was the most fun.

For football I found the grad students to be far worse than the frats. Frats were competetive and could be controlled with early penalties for unsportmasn like conduct.

The only game I had to stop completely was for two grad student teams getting in a fight. Racial slurs (for Irish and Jewish) were thrown around more the football.

I quit basketball after one game because I was so bad that I didn't want to expose my terrible reffing to anyone else.

Is softball not usually free? I haven't been to a home game since 05, but I seem to remember not paying.

03/27/2018 - 4:48pm How bad of an idea is

How bad of an idea is expansion? There's probably not enough teams to go to 32, but 24 or 20 could be reasonable. A bad looking site says that in basketball 1 seeds are 51-22 against 4 seeds. Thats about the same as hockey and no one is calling for the basketball tourny to change formats.

Could the problem be that teams are just too close in talent right now? I can't remember the last time I watched a truely dominate college hockey team roll through everyone.

I work in pharma and have always wondered what the difference between biostats and regular stats are. I'm looking for a deeper answer than the internet's, "biostats is the application of statistics to biology"

I'm sure someone here can help me with this.

03/07/2018 - 1:20pm That appears to be total

That appears to be total employment and not number of open positions which only shows the change in the number of people employed so it does not account for positions that are created and filled by people who already have jobs.

A better chart would show the total number of open positions.

I'm about to buy another car and taking a serious look at the pacifica hybrid. my commute is mostly stop and go city traffic so efficiecy is important and i want the extra space a minivan gets you. I don't like SUVs for some reason, so minivan seems the way to go.

Any advice?

11/16/2017 - 3:45pm I look at it as being similar

I look at it as being similar to D1 coaching positions. There are a small number of open positions every year at schools of varing desirability, and there is a similarly small pool of candidates to fill them. A school can take a chance at hiring somone unproven as a head coach, hire someone who has experience but has failed in the past, or try to bring in someone who has demonstarted expierence and success.

Schools that have had success and prestige for a long time have a better chance of hiring a coach with demonstarted success and experience. The lower your school's success and prestige more risk you have to take in your hire.

Toys'R'Us was not in good shape when Brandon was hired, and they probably didn't have a lot of options of quality people who wanted to take over given the landscape and competition.

Further, it could also be that Bain is one of the main stakeholders in ToysRUS, and made a ton of money after they installed Brandon as CEO of Dominos. So that might have something to do with it too.
