18 hrs of sleep total across 3 nights with things that have to get done before taking the kids out. Busy, busy shift work with responsibilities.
It's a crappy drink, but works in a pinch.

Not as bitter or coffee like as Guiness but very flavorful and smooth.

Never had the Guinness Black lager, but New Belgium 1554 is good stuff.
Theakston's Old Peculier is the ale version of the black lagers. It's most excellent. Just haven't had time to get to Anderson's to buy some more. They seem to be the only place in town which sells it by the 6pack.

A Maker's Mark Manahattan with Dolin's Sweet Vermuth. Aged for 3 weeks in a bottle with a white oak barrell insert.
Poured over Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
