they pay 5th round fliers on wide receiver potential millions?
Braxton Miller's Bauserman like passing acumen was always going to limit his ability to be drafted as a QB in the NFL.
guy would be great with my Tiger Cats tho

We have a pretty good idea how much a running QB who's converting to WR and is taken in the 5th round will make: http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/jacksonville-jaguars/denard-robinson/
4 years, $2.4 million. Not too shabby.
In addition, I've seen Miller projected as a 3rd-6th round pick as a QB prior to his injury. For what that's worth.

hate to see anybody, friend or foe, have a season-ending injury.
Besides, I'd love to see Michigan beat OSU at full strength. OSU's biggest problem, obviously, is that the QB is quite possibly their thinnest position, depth-wise, AND experrience-wise.

I feel absolutely terrible for the kid. As for the fans, I give them a big FU.

Sucks for Braxton. I'd have really like to have seen this year's Michigan's D get a revenge matchup against him.

he wants some of that playing time Joe Germaine stole from him.

Miss you Stanely XOXOXO.

Brain looks like a genius drafting Hackenberg now. Funny thing is that I was talking about Miller's shoulder with a guy I work with who's a Buckeye fan.

That's why we call him Brain.

Devin Smith's foot, Taylor Decker's ankle, Jeff Heuerman's knee, Michael Bennett's hip, Joey Bosa's back, and Curtis Grant's ribs.

What the fuck did happen the 2nd half of 2012. Dammit! Was the guy paid? We were announcing the plays before running them. Dammit!

I feel differently about practice injuries, particularly in fall camp. You can't help but feel bad for a kid that's probably worked very hard all offseason, only to miss out. In season, game injuries...I don't wish for them, but they seem more like crap happens, particularly when a team runs their QB as much as ohio does. As far as wishing him back... I do for him, I don't for Michigan.

I mentioned once that worries about Braxton's health made shit run down the legs of my Buckeye friends. Think it's now a geyser.

You mean now it's spraying out from the top of their shorts?

Right into their coolers.

legend has it that a certain fan would always tell his wife "Bring me my Red shirt!"
When asked about the pride he felt about his ritual, he responded, "You're kidding, right? This is Columbus. If I get into a fight, I don't want anyone to be able to tell if I'm bleeding."
It is rumoured that this year he will request "Bring me my brown pants!"

At least it happened before the season so he can redshirt (if he is in fact out for the season). Would suck even worse if this happened in their first game or something.

Wish the kid the best of luck. Here's to a speedy recovery if it's true.
If he is hurt, pretty sure that Ohio won't skip a beat. If I recall, they have a stable of good young QBs... Plus their schedule is pretty weak, so it'll give the backup time to develop.

They lost pryor heading into 2011 who had 3 years of experience. They had miller who was a highly ranked recruit.
They were one of the worst passing teams in the country. The last team in front Army and Navy who throw the ball twice a game, for most of the season.
They WILL skip a beat. They'll skip many games they could've won with miller.
I'm telling you and I've been tweeting it for months. Navy is beating them. I'm very confident in my pick now.

but I just have the feeling OSU can probably 'plug n play' with QBs because their offensive system is that good. Kenny Guiton came in last year and obliterated people. I have a hunch they'll be fine

You realize one doesn't win the Heisman unless they make big plays in signature games. Forgive him Lord, he knows not what he does.

He was a 2* when committed I believe and finished as the #35 Dual-Threat QB to rivals. He was absolutely a no one and I remember mgobloggers chuckling when he committed

Between this and Notre Dame... I SMELL BLOOD IN THE WATER. Fresh off of Shark Week, too.
I couldn't care less if we win without them being at full strength, they all kicked us when we were down. The time is NOW.

If true, it really, really sucks for the kid. But I also really, really want their fans to feel the pain.
