When was the last time they had a good point guard? Last year it was Nutpunch.

/s but seriously Go Stanford.

Thanks to the lack of threes being made, the early shooting in this sort of lackluster (43.6% to 50.0%, advantage Stanford). It seems that slow starts have been a recurring theme this weekend, however, although I bet we don't top yesterday's Saint Louis-Louisville game for utter brutality when it comes to starts for games. At least, I hope we don't - that was a rough watch.

Kansas without Embiid just seems like a slightly sloppier version of us.
WAAAAAAAAAY sloppier
I don't think they are anything like us. They can't seem to shoot the ball at all. And yes, far sloppier
Stanford's shot blocking is awesome. Even against the mighty Kansas they're swatting shots on the reg.
CBS at it again with this totally worthless endline view. If I wanted to watch from shitty seats I would have paid to go to the game.
And after all that Kansas is up 2.
Both these teams look over-seeded. Don't see how either one advances past the next game and into the Elite 8.
Yes. Should have been sent to the NIT
I wish someone would overseed my lawn.
And after beating New Mexico, who people thought should have been seeded higher than a 7.
That was one of our first games (or the first game) without McGary and we played badly, not forced out of our game by the Cardinal. Anyway, Stanford never really got better over the season and add that to the Pac-12 being carried by Arizona's strength and I see a very overrated team that isn't as good as a handful of NIT teams.
Without Embiid they just aren't the same team and their PG play is awful.
if Kansas goes down Florida is going to have by far the easiest path to the final 4.
UCLA over Florida...you heard it here
That was a charge.
It's shocking how bad Stanford is at breaking a press. They've missed the open pass their last 4 times down the floor. Kansas gonna win.
Kansas has been called for 3 more fouls and their second best player has already fouled out.
Biggest call of the game goes to Stanford.
There have been a couple of games the refs have botched in this tournament. This isn't one of them. Get over your hate for Kansas.
The PG play in this game has been atrocious on both sides.
isn't one of Mercer's starters injured though...I'm putting my money on Tennessee (but my bracket suggests you should put your money wherever my money isn't)
It's a backup Big man that's out for 1 game with a concussion, Monty Brown, only averages 4.5 pts and 3 rebounds in 10 minutes/game, so may not be a huge loss for them. www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaab/2014/03/22/key-mercer-big-man-to-miss-sundays-game-vs-tennessee/6738297/
Poss. arrow to Stanford!
This is going to be crazy if Stanford plays smart to the finish. How many people could possbily have had Stanford over Kansas in this section of the bracket?
I doubt many had Stanford over New Mexico.
