Kansas looks really sloppy. Not a pretty game to watch.

Kansas is SO OVERRATED every damn year...

They have right now and a true pass-first-drive-second point guard, they would be unbeatable.
When was the last time they had a good point guard? Last year it was Nutpunch.
Mario Chalmers maybe... Geez that was awhile ago

A lot of games have been ugly in this tourney.

If the Texas game will be available to watch online at some point? I had prom last night, and I missed the game.

Stanford missing multiple bunnies early

This would give us a nice bump in SOS and RPI..
/s but seriously Go Stanford.

Thanks to the lack of threes being made, the early shooting in this sort of lackluster (43.6% to 50.0%, advantage Stanford). It seems that slow starts have been a recurring theme this weekend, however, although I bet we don't top yesterday's Saint Louis-Louisville game for utter brutality when it comes to starts for games. At least, I hope we don't - that was a rough watch.

Stanford looking good

Would love Stanford on this game. I hate Bill Self so much I don't even care about my bracket

Not going to lie, jealous of Stanford's shot blocking

Kansas without Embiid just seems like a slightly sloppier version of us.
WAAAAAAAAAY sloppier
I don't think they are anything like us. They can't seem to shoot the ball at all. And yes, far sloppier
Stanford's shot blocking is awesome. Even against the mighty Kansas they're swatting shots on the reg.
CBS at it again with this totally worthless endline view. If I wanted to watch from shitty seats I would have paid to go to the game.
And after all that Kansas is up 2.
Nastic for Stanford is a good player
Both these teams look over-seeded. Don't see how either one advances past the next game and into the Elite 8.
Overseeded as a 10?
Yes. Should have been sent to the NIT
I wish someone would overseed my lawn.
And after beating New Mexico, who people thought should have been seeded higher than a 7.
Nearly beat UM earlier this year in what was essentially a road game at Barclay's Center.
That was one of our first games (or the first game) without McGary and we played badly, not forced out of our game by the Cardinal. Anyway, Stanford never really got better over the season and add that to the Pac-12 being carried by Arizona's strength and I see a very overrated team that isn't as good as a handful of NIT teams.
Without Embiid they just aren't the same team and their PG play is awful.
if Kansas goes down Florida is going to have by far the easiest path to the final 4.
On paper. Upsets happen. As we've seen time and again.
UCLA over Florida...you heard it here
That was a charge.
It's shocking how bad Stanford is at breaking a press. They've missed the open pass their last 4 times down the floor. Kansas gonna win.
Stanford trying to hold on for dear life
Has some serious ass raping going on. Kansas getting away with most if it.
Kansas has been called for 3 more fouls and their second best player has already fouled out.
Hypothetically, That doesn't mean that more foul calls were deserved
Biggest call of the game goes to Stanford.
It's not the refs job to even up the fouls. Kansas is fouling more.
Your point doesn't prove that more fouls shouldn't be called against Kansas.
There have been a couple of games the refs have botched in this tournament. This isn't one of them. Get over your hate for Kansas.
huge putback there
The PG play in this game has been atrocious on both sides.
read a little bit ago that Mercer beat Tennessee in last year's NIT. Tennessee is hot right now but have to think Mercer can win again.
isn't one of Mercer's starters injured though...I'm putting my money on Tennessee (but my bracket suggests you should put your money wherever my money isn't)
good question. Join the club of Dont Know Much About Mercer. Also join the club of Bracket Destroyed.
It's a backup Big man that's out for 1 game with a concussion, Monty Brown, only averages 4.5 pts and 3 rebounds in 10 minutes/game, so may not be a huge loss for them. www.usatoday.com/story/sports/ncaab/2014/03/22/key-mercer-big-man-to-miss-sundays-game-vs-tennessee/6738297/
Both these teams suck
Poss. arrow to Stanford!
This is going to be crazy if Stanford plays smart to the finish. How many people could possbily have had Stanford over Kansas in this section of the bracket?
I doubt many had Stanford over New Mexico.
