I'd love to know if any of the administration was truly a culprit of Jim leaving.  I think most people  realize that Jim wants that SB ring, but there was an awful lot of smoke during the season of the admin screwing around.  Not saying this was or had anything to do with Jim, but acted as an accelerant.

So does a long coaching search. Remember, when many of us wanted Harbaugh gone, the leading candidate (I was never enthralled with him, but he was the hot name) was Matt Campbell.

Harbaugh has built the program very well. Roll with Moore, see what we have. Keep the roster together--this defense will be one of the best in the country.

We can say whatever we want about Warde, but this was all about Harbaugh wanting a Super Bowl. He came up with any reason to not sign an extension so he could leave and blame it on the bear hug or whatever.

Well…at least we can finally start making decisions and try and salvage a little bit of recruiting momentum coming off the national championship

Good luck and thanks for every great thing you did.  Go win a Super Bowl (unless it's against the Lions).

Coach Moore -- look forward to your continuing and expanding on the recent greatness.  Go get 'em!

I’m relieved and actually happy. This soap opera was not working anymore. Moore will be a better recruiter and recruits will know that a long term coach will be in place.

Actually, we do. Our OL recruits have been pretty good and recruits seem to love him.

I would have loved to have fully committed Jim here, but that was never going to happen. The man loves the NFL, and no one can blame him for that.  A good NFL job is much better than the best college position.

For UM, this might be for the best.  Harbaugh’s constant playing-around with NFL teams is hurting UM in the transfer portal and with recruiting.  Expect Michigan to announce tomorrow that Sherrone Moore is the new HC.

End of an era.  But, it's for the best for both parties right now given the circumstances.  Let's all be thankful for what the last 3 years have brought, and look forward to the bright future of Michigan football.

While I don’t blame Ward, I hope the ncaa is happy. JH righted the ship and now there’ll be no more NFL talk every offseason. Good luck and support Sherrone and staff.
