Noon games open thread

Not a great slate but some interesting games going on. Nebraska-NW is intriguing. Ohio State got a favorable, non-reviewed 4th down conversion and scored immediately after. Will be interesting to see if Auburn's decided lack of offense makes the Tennessee game interesting

Maryland has out-gained Rutgers 337-52 and is up 34-0. The third quarter hasn't ended. Surely we're well past the point where Chris Ash has to be fired mid-season. They are both terrible and not trying.

I I know the script of this OSU/Minnesota game.  Struggle, struggle, struggle...look very beatable...then five minutes will go by and they'll go from being up 20-14 to being up 41-14.

Commence endless orgasms for the greatness that is OSU by everyone on ESPN and other media outlets.

Gag me.

Florida just pulled within 1 with a nice throw and catch to Van Jefferson.  You guys will remember him as one of Shea's teammates that dearly wanted to come to UM with him.  Alas, admissions said no.  He's now killing it with UF...

OSU's defense is not good.

On the other side of the ball, Michigan's defense matches up well vs. the new style of offense that OSU is running (drop back and pass).

Michigan will beat OSU this year.

Kinda surprised by some of these early scores!  OSU tight (so far); UF losing to Vandy; Nebraska up on NW; UTenn beating up on no-offense Auburn...

That was it. You have to play a perfect game against OSU essentially and you can't miss field goals.

In my opinion, that will be the turning point. Also, the refs just missed a super obvious facemask.

I feel like as the season progresses, and OSU gets scouted, their weaknesses just become more and more apparent to their opponents. How can an Urban Meyer team be so bad at running the ball?

This is so weird watching OSU look so mediocre at home vs. Minnesota. I keep waiting for them to blow it open, but they just keep looking like junk. If they win the Big Ten, this definitely looks like the kind of team that would lose 31-0 in the CFP again

It's the same thing that happens on every team board when the team isn't playing very well. I'm sure some people on 11 Warriors are very upset with the way the Buckeyes are playing today.

I guess some of you just don't visit other team's forums to understand that's normal. Some people are going to be posting angry comments.

I see where the complaints come in with Haskins - everything he throws is short.  His WRs aren't covered, so they run for 15YAC every catch.  That won't happen against Michigan.  He'll get completions, but the yards will stop there.

UMinn is now in trouble - going behind two scores in the 4th = death.
