Illinois is dynamite!  But srsly Scheelhaase looks as good as I've seen him look.  Maybe all that experience is finally paying off.  This offensive scheme certainly fits him better than last year's.

If I was AD/GM over a major FBS program or NFL team with a lousy defense, I would throw buckets and buckets of money at Narduzzi. It's obvious he's one of the best D-coordinators in college football and even Narduzzi must be starting to realize he can only prop up MSU for so long

I'll give them that there was a delay for lightning, but the top 20% of the student section is empty and there's at least 2 entire sections in the upper deck that are empty #SPARTANDAWGS

Illinois looks really good, but I wonder if part of it is that Cincinnati is a paper tiger. Cincy trounced Purdue last week, but Purdue looks like a tire fire.

Christian Hackenburg throws into heavy traffic and Eastern gets the interception.

The Eagles are driving after another first down at about midfield too. Eastern actually has a better 3rd down conversion percentage right now as well, which is easy to do when Penn State hasn't converted one yet.

Some serious booing at Spartan Stadium right now.

Remember, this is the same USF team that gave up 53 to McNeese State last week.
