I'm pretty sure he's shooting Transformers 4 in Michigan. Probably had a day off and decided to check out the Big House.
Are they Walhberg's?
Nope, purchased from a band of gypsies.
Ypsi Gypsies?
Although it is a beer, after a brief googling.
Also apparently "Low quality marijuana originating from the greater Ypsilanti, Michigan area"
Yeah, Ypsi Gypsy is a ABC beer
was lead to Ann Arbor by the Iraqi ass-map.
Marky Mark doesn't like to be called Marky anymore. He will rage you if you do.
Punch you in the kneecap?
Or in the junk.
Wow, I didn't realize he was from Kansas.
I dont know if anyone knows how to grab a video out of instagram, but Gardner has some cool passes to Mark and has him saying Go Blue Always!
was a good movie. Christian Bale was stellar in his portrayal of Marky's drugged up brother. Won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor and it was well deserved...quite the performance.
EDIT: "Mark's drugged up brother"
Usc has Snoop, we got Mark Wahlberg
and Russell Crowe. and Kate Upton.
But... MSU does have Jersey Shore firmly in their camp.
Jamie Foxx, Derek Jeter, Madonna (iffy on that one) too
Staee also has Fred Durst and Lindsey Lohan. I will have to check on that though.
I think Lohan is wearing a Michigan shirt here
How I long for the days of Mean Girls Lindsay
at her there it is actually kind of sad. (But you're right, that is a State shirt).
guilty as charged.
I thought that was Tori Spelling for a second.
That giant tire next to I-94 is a Transformer after all!
Great picture. What shirt is DG wearing?
If he is in Michigan shooting a film, he must be also on his way to East Lansing to see their staduim and team too right?
they are always out for a good cause or charity too...Perhaps M.D. is crushing some rare species of plant while lying in the weeds...that would get Hollywood out to east lansing in force!
I've got a shiny nickel for whoever can name everyone in the picture.
I've only got Jack Miller (middle-left, bending over), Devin (duh), Dileo (maybe? Right next to Gardner/behind Wahlberg?), Houma (? With the hair?), Braden (? In between The Hair and Lewan?), Lewan (duh), Magnuson (duh), and that's it.
Wouldn't "the hair" be Wormley? Looks way too tall to be Houma.
Indeed. Didn't realize he had hair like that, but a quick check of his MGOBlue profile confirms it: The Hair is Wormley, not Houma.
Front: Washington, C. Gordon, Miller, Clark, Gardner, with Gant and Funchess in front right corner. (Also can't see enough of who's behind Funchess, sorry)
Almost earned that nickel.
That's not Ross, it's LTT. Not Bosch, G. Glasgow. And it's Jibreel behind Funchess. Still can't tell who's between R. Glasgow and Wormley.
is that Wyatt Shallman?
2nd from the left looks like Seth Rogan.
I do like Mark as an actor. I haven't found many famous individuals that chaged careers make much of an impact at their second stop, but I think Mark did. I find him to be a much better actor than he ever was a musical entertainer. His brother did as well. Not so much in movies as I have never seen him in anything, but he was great in band of brothers or the pacific...which ever one he was in (I forget now). He's also not bad in Blue Bloods, with my man Magnum P.I.
NKOTB FTW!
a good actor, not a great one. He is reliable, and really serviceable in any kind of role, but is only sporatically better than the material he is given. I thought he was actually kind of the flat in "The Fighter" and was one of the reasons that I felt the movie lacked a center and consequently lacked any sustainable depth. His home is in the "best supporting actor" arena. Does not quite have the chops for serious leads (Unless he is cast opposite a hilarious giant talking bear that is)..
And there are lots of good people who are a great supporting actor, and not a great lead. I think that Whalberg fits that category. His performance in The Departed was great, but he wasn't given too much to work with. Colin Ferrel comes to mind as someone else who excels if given a supporting role but struggles in a lead.
is a good example. There are a bunch like Wahlberg, Barry Pepper, both of the Affleck brothers are kind of in that department as well.
That you point out he's a supporting character, just like he said, right? And the one really good one with him as a the lead is The Fighter...the movie where everything in it got nominated for an Academy Award, except him. If you're going to give him credit for just being in the movies, Barry Pepper has been a supporting player in a lot better movies than the Funky one.
Even admitting he plays the same character in every role pretty much says he's not a great actor.
And EVERYBODY, it's Farrell! (And to answer your question, In Bruges.)
