Video games are my primary vice, particularly JRPGs. Let's just say I get a lot of use out of my PS Vita.
I'm also a foodie, and a decent cook as well.
I've debating getting into D&D, though I'm a complete noob and haven't found a group around here (Royal Oak) yet. Also considering picking up FF14, which appears to be the most schedule-friendly MMO out there.

It’s not at all probable that Harbaugh, in a normal, healthy franchise situation, would’ve lasted much longer than 4 seasons anyway.
Let's talk in 2019.

Reg. No. 4770248
Class: IC 025. US 022 039. G & S: Clothing items for men, women, and children, namely, hats, caps, shirts, and T-shirts.
Owner: (REGISTRANT) The Ohio State University state university OHIO 190 North Oval Mall Columbus OHIO 43210
Other: The name(s), portrait(s), and/or signature(s) shown in the mark identifies "URBAN MEYER", whose consent(s) to register is made of record.
I bet if he leaves OSU, Urban will have the tradmark assigned to wherever he goes. I haven't filed a trademark for a person's name before, so I'm unsure how the "consent" role plays here.

I'm trying to find the federal registration. I bet it's just for T-Shirts, etc.

Probably Kashmir. Admittedly, the Led Zeppelin show is one of my favorite shows we did in the MMB (the other being the Cirque du Soleil show in 2007), and while the Stairway to Heaven arrangement is amazing, Kashmir somehow has lived on beyond 2006.

I don't mind neutral site games in theory (see, e.g., bowl games), but home-and-home series are vastly superior. Key now is to schedule games with schools in nice locations (UCLA, Washington, Miami, Texas, etc.).

I have to admit, I burst out laughing in my office when I figured out the paragraph title references. Now we just need GlaDos to dictate the article.

While I do not have kids, I do have two nephews. My sister married a non-Greek with a standard American last name, so to ensure that people would know that her kids were Greek, she gave them traditional Greek first names (one of which is my father's name).
When I have kids, because they will carry the Greek last name, I will probably go with Anglicized versions of Greek names, as my name is. It helps that my mother (who by tradition will name my first daughter) has a common name that is the same in Greek and English.

Upper deck, and then take the lower bowl and make the rows wider so we can actually have some leg room. It would result in fewer seats in the bowl, but the upper deck would make up for that.

My point is that putting the solar panels in the road itself makes no sense. Putting them above the road, I can see. There are also several other problems.
I like the idea of heated roads, but to think that we can power them only off of local solar cells just doesn't make sense--the math doesn't add up.
|19 weeks 1 day ago||There are many reasons solar||
There are many reasons solar roadways are a terrible idea. Basically, the math never works out--even in ideal situations, you will be pouring in tons of money and getting nearly nothing out. A brief example: cars necessarily block sunlight from the panels, so traffic pretty much ruins the whole idea.
|22 weeks 2 days ago||Law School: not always a terrible idea||
If you know that you want to be a lawyer (especially if you want to do a specificaly lucrative field, like patent law), then a T14 law school like Michigan is a great idea. But if you're just investigating your options, then there are other, less costly ways to bide your time.
I loved my time in law school, and I love my job, but I also knew that I wanted to be a patent lawyer from undergrad and acted in accordance. I wouldn't recommend law school to starry-eyed seniors looking to delay the real world, but I'm not nearly as down on law school as most people are. Just know what you're getting yourself into.

The only real pressure we kinda have is that because Ford is one of our clients, we get one of the discount plans, so many of the attorneys here got Fords. When my lease comes up, I may go to a Ford Fusion.

Let them do it, and when they fail, we can hold it up next to "In The Big House" as an example of why you never mess with The Victors.
In other news, Pop Evil has a new album out, and the song "Trenches" isn't bad.

I'm with you. I liked RR, and after we fired him, I hoped we would hire a coach based on their merits and ability to work with the spread players we had, and that we didn't fall into the trap of hiring someone because they have a tenuous connection to a bygone era and no desire to move into the 21st century.
For my own opinion, we need to stop caring so much about "tradition," at least when it gets in the way of progress.
|28 weeks 1 day ago||I wouldn't mind hearing more||
I wouldn't mind hearing more Varsity. We didn't play it much in the MMB when I was in school, which is a shame because it's a perfectly servicable fight song. Nowhere near The Victors, of course.

As an actual Greek (as in my parents were born in Greece), I've never really liked the Greek System. Somehow, I'd mention that I was Greek in a conversation, and instantly people ask "oh, what fraternity are you in?" My response was "no, like My Big Fat Greek Wedding." Which, incidentally, is the best and most accurate representation of Greek-American culture I've seen to date. Go watch it.

I'd like to keep him. He didn't become a bad coach overnight, and there clearly were off-the-field problems with this team that were outside Nuss's control. With another year (and a competent OL coach), he can make our offense strong.
|38 weeks 2 days ago||Well, she doesn't have any||
Well, she doesn't have any prior head coaching experience, and her recruiting is a bit dodgy, but she does well with the alumni. Do we know if she prefers the spread or pro-style? Obviously, I'd like Harbaugh or MIles first, but if we have to go outside the Michigan Man tree, we could do worse.

Winning fixes everything. After the disaster of 2013, people want to see good football. Put that on the field, and Brandon can charge whatever he wants.
|1 year 17 weeks ago||Time for my predictions||
Next year's schedule is a gauntlet, and to me the quality of the wins will matter much more than the number. A 9-3 with blowout losses to ND, OSU, and MSU is a lot worse than 8-4 with close losses to NW and PSU and wins over OSU and MSU. What I want to see is improvement on all sides of the ball.
Realistically, I think we'll go 8-4 with a win over ND and one of MSU/OSU and close losses to MD and PSU. The 2-1 record over our rivals and stellar improvement in our offense buys Hoke one final season to win a B1G championship.

I don't like class-based seating, but I'm digging the attendance points idea. Reward the people who come early and to all the games. As long as it's by section (a la basketball) and not by individual seats, I think they've got something here.
