At least in my practice, which is not in Michigan, "legal strategy" is the province of the lawyer, without the need for client approval. Of course, most lawyers get approval for this as well on an important strategy, which makes me think this is a lawyer protecting client involvement.

Anyone who believes Michigan could have "game planned" a win believes in fairy tales and/or is relying on video game kknowledge. MSU's front seven was way too much for UM. They would win 10 of 10 against UM.
Magnuson will do fine. Athleticism goes a long way in getting to the right spot on time. Have some faith; there is no reason to doubt him whereas others have struggled and failed.
I played 11 years of tackle football, 5 at D-1 level and 23 years of Rugby. The skills are transferable from football to rugby so long as one bridges the fitness demands required by Rugby. Also, the U.S. Eagles are nowhere near the top tier rugby teams. I think you could train the UM football team for 6 months and they would be competitive with the Eagles , but they would be smashed by top tier national sides.
Posts wishing the best to lost recruits make me question if I am mean. My initial reaction when a recruit pulls a "D -Hart" is to hope they don't pan out.
My dad is a Detroit born and raised, U of M grad who never cared for any sports except U of M football. The Wolverines became my team. In the 70's, the only game we could catch on TV in California was the game vs OSU. I was 10 when they tied and the Big 10 voted OSU into the Rose Bowl. I have hated OSU since that day.
Good hand punch and active feet are critical. Many d-line coaches will practice countering cut blocks by aggressively rolling large , inflated exercise balls at d-lineman in their stances.
Good: Making it a game after falling behind 15 points in 4th.
Bad: Tackling & officiating.
Ugly: T-Wolf's (lack of) tackling; he looked like he was trying to avoid contact.
Both safety positions require hitters. I don't see TWolf replacing a healthy Kovacs or Gordan. Unfortunately, he is not one of the top 3 corners either. He will be a valued backup.
I am addicted to UM football, which is why I frequent this blog. I am either too drunk or not drunk enough to understand the OP's post. Then again, I never aced English because I could not spot irony or paradox.
Have faith, it won't cost anything. I was disappointed until reading what former players had to say. Those guys have seen many coaches, doubtlessly good and bad, and that they say he is a great hire is enough for me.
