Came out before East Bound

Came out before East Bound and Down if I'm not mistaken. It is hilarious

Not Another Teen Movie is

Not Another Teen Movie is awesome. It seems like it never gets its due.

Are you saying if the 2011

Sorry, don't know why that double posted.

Are you saying if the 2011

Are you saying if the 2011 offense is like the 2008 offense or if the 2011 record is like the 2008 record?

Without getting statistical (I'm too lazy right now), I think we can deal with slightly less offensive production as long as the wins roll in.

Usually I'd say support them

Usually I'd say support them for four, but it looks like three years is the way we are doing it around here.

Nice parsing. I've been

Nice parsing. I've been worried about that, but haven't seen it addressed anywhere. Does anyone remember hearing anything about Martin leaning one way or the other?

Sometimes TomVH, or others

Sometimes TomVH, or others will reply in fairly random threads, so it can be hard to actually keep track of smaller updates. Yes, I know that you can track a specific users replies, but some of our users may not.

While most of these threads don't end up being helpful, I'm not gonna lie and say it hasn't crossed my mind to post something like this just to organize all the facts.  Sometimes the sarcasm can just get to be a little much at times, you know?

Let's not jump to any

Let's not jump to any conclusions yet. Vinopal had a good game, but lets wait until there a couple more data points to see the improvement in our safety play.

I'd have to agree with you.

I'd have to agree with you. The 5 turnovers were tough on the D, but they still gave us a chance by keeping us in the game. What's even more amazing is that our offense puts up those kind of numbers with that many give aways. I think it speaks for the whole team that they never let up and were hungry for a win after last week.

I'm not gonna argue one way

I'm not gonna argue one way or the other on a coaching change because I have no idea, honestly, but the "they can't get worse" thing has been said every season that Rich Rod has been here. This isn't meant to be against Coach Rod, but against the "it can't get worse" saying.  I think we can agree the only time it can't get worse is if the opposing team scores every time they touch the ball. If it were true that it couldn't get worse then I'm pretty sure there wouldn't be much harm in keeping Coach Rodriguez around for another season.

While this may not have been

While this may not have been phrased in the best possible way it could still be an interesting disccussion. My go at it may have been something like:

What 3-3-5 D-Coordinators are there in the FBS and what are the numbers for their respective defenses in the past few years? Has anyone noticed certain position strengths that correlate with good defenses?

This way the discussion can be informative to us as Michigan fans as well as leaving out any undesired negative connotations. On the other hand I may have just totally misinterpreted your statement in that you meant that if you are going to post, you should have already done this research.

I'd say it's near impossible

I'd say it's near impossible to have an accurate top 5.... but finally, someone who doesn't have USC in the top 10.

Six Zero, have you done any

Six Zero, have you done any official designing for the university? Just curious

I'm not sure, and am too lazy

I'm not sure, and am too lazy to look it up, but I thought that he grew up a M fan, which has led his desire to enroll here.  I always viewed his reservations with M spawned from the minor set back to the program, but if we win and balance the play calling, I believe he'd come here.

But then again I might have just all made this up, I can't remember...

Unless the alienation Unless the alienation happened in the past year I don't believe this to be the case. Desmond has been back to Schembechler Hall to work out when he is in AA as early as last year, which leads me to believe that he has not alienated himself from the program at all.
Haha. I met Desmond at the Haha. I met Desmond at the Collegetown special ESPN had either last summer or two summers ago. I actually got a picture with him but of course I blinked.
You could also say that M is You could also say that M is better than MSU because we own the all time record battle. If M wins the next game and is 1-2 in the last three games does that make us the better team, or them? My point may be confusing, but I don't think you can say they are better simply because they won the most recent games. Most people will also be looking at the future of the programs, and while I am probably (read: definately) biased, I think M's is brighter.
With the current setup of With the current setup of divisions it really makes me wish that we could start from scratch. My plan would be to take the top 96 D-1 schools and create 8 conferences from them (hopefully maintaining rivalries.) The schools only play their conference. This would allow a playoff that allows only the 8 conference winners to play in the playoff. Everyone else can go to bowls with arbitrary intra-conference matchups, just like the good ol' BCS. This means that the regular season is still finger lickin' good and we get a playoff. I know it won't happen, but can't a man wish? P.S. and honestley are those bottom 20 teams really deserving of being D-1?
But... that's not a truly verified confirmation.
But it was according to... the article he was referring to.
Lion King... Awesomeness. Lion King... Awesomeness. Rich Rod (Football coach who quotes Lion King)... Loofah using Space Emperor Awesomeness
Thanks to both of you. I was Thanks to both of you. I was almost positive it was on here but there you go...
Is there anyway to produce Is there anyway to produce the top two? I ask because I feel there are going to be groups that either want a serious or funny shirt, and honestly these top four are all more than worthy. It'd be a shame for more than half these to go down the disposal...
brilliant brilliant
Sorry My post was supposed to be more focused on standing up for a fellow community member who is contributing to the blog rather than coining new insults. Regardless, I'll take your criticism to mind and raise my name calling to a new level. (jk jk)
Not only are you a complete Not only are you a complete assface to sixzero but also can't comprehend the use of the reply button. Sorry, not usually a stickler about it but your other comment just really pissed me off. Sixzero has put in a lot of time and effort into this and you just go and be a schmuck about it.
I whole heartedly agree with I whole heartedly agree with you, without realizing it wasn't "outwardly Michigan." Initially, after seeing there was no block M (or something) I was thoroughly let down. But after thinkig about it for a minute I don't think that bothers me. The people who understand this shirt are the people you want to talk football to anyway, it's like a little reward in itself.
3* It's funny, creative, and polished but can see it being made fun of on a consistent basis. On another note, just from a consumers standpoint, I'd be worried about purchasing something focused on an unproven freshman (please, please, please let my worries be unsubstantiated).
Clearinghouse Does anyone actually know the procedures when it comes to being accepted and cleared by the Clearinghouse? I ask because it seems to be a mystery to most everyone on the boards...
yessir yessir
No, they only check what No, they only check what section, and whether you are up or down from the portals (on occasion). What pisses me off is when I get to the game pre-kick off to pick my fav seat and then half way into the second quarter some douches will come in saying we are in their seat. Unfortunately if they get the stadium help, they will make you move... Only another reason why they should go to general seating in the student section. (And I'm a senior arguing for this)
Bad student section What causes you to think that Sec 25 is a bad part of the student section?
In my opinion only 2007 would In my opinion only 2007 would have had a superior OOC schedule (pre-season) compared to 2010, which begs the question "how did we get Oregon without a return?" If my memory serves me wasn't Oregon a top 25 team for consecutive years before, or no?
Touche Haha, didn't think of that...
Cup half full Maybe this could warm up Billy to possibly scheduling actual big time home and homes in the future. If he agreed to UConn, how could he say no to a home and home with an Oregon or Auburn?
Kings of Leon Notion by Kings of Leon is pretty cool. One thing, I don't know how well it could be converted into something the MMB could play, seeing as I'm not very musically inclined. On the other hand I could see the Student Section getting in to the "Don't Knock It, Don't Knock It" part of the song.
If UofM were to try and If UofM were to try and impose the restrictions that you have suggested then I would urge Brian to say no. My reasoning is that one of the reasons I obsessively check this site is because of the humor, and that any restrictions on the language that Brian doesn't impose on himself could affect some of the laughs. However, it would be a hard invitation to decline and regardless I'll be checking the site 20 times a day.
