just what the Pistons need: a third string center. Joe Dumars was replaced by a mean ol' alien a few years back you guys.

Don't fool yourself...tix will be much hard at 3600 N than at Ryan Field. Much more demand...of course the bars right outside may be best. I wonder if th ebars charge a steep cover if they ever had OSU or UM playing NWU in that setting. |

Laxalum is correct. Still a UM student but not playing Lacrosse. I spoke with a parent of one of his former teamates at Ajax, NC.
Weiss is still a UM student, just has "other priorities" (my words not his).

Yep. That was done deal when he switched dates - as I said earlier in the week. Any other outcome would have been a huge surprise. |
| 21 weeks 14 hours ago | Likely he commits to ND... |
...that is how these things play out.
They will say if he wants a spot he has to commit now and show how much they have used TE's over the last decade.
Hope I am wrong but for folks who follow this the above is the likely scenario. |

Buffalo is 716, Rochester is 585...unless that is what you meant. |

Nice shot of the MIT ring in this photo. |

Question on balance of class....
Is the relationship with David Dawson impossible to repair? Seems so but also seems like there could be an inroad or two to connect with him via Cass Tech coaches or teamates.
Thank you. |

This is why you never want to have a "favorite commit". That sucks. Big loss. Love the ratioanlization that we go through - big loss. Hope his parents like the flights down to FL rather than the 45 minutre drive to his games. One a commit stats chirping about other visits it usually ends up this way - just a matter of how fast. Hope we get someone good to replace him. |

There is a Michigan version of this shirt also. "Rather shower at Penn State than be a fan of Ohio State". Someone sent to me yesterday. |

How can you make a commercial about Ann Arbor and not have just a flash of the winged helmet or team running out in front of 110K? |
| 1 year 9 weeks ago | Hart |
Mike Hart was great.
I thought he would play as a freshman when he committed. I KNEW he would play when I heard the coaches commit on his blocking ability early in camp. |

One would think Sam Young's development there would prevent any >= 4* from every going there - ever. The world needs accountants too I guess. |
| 1 year 12 weeks ago | My theory... |
I think Ty was aloof when he visited AA. If he had given off a better vibe about coming to UM the coaches would be slow pedaling the other RB’s. Since he did not commit or give a “I am close to committing” type feeling Hoke is moving forward. So there are two options in my mind, Ty calls and commits or UM loses its positioning with him as they get other RB’s. I want Ty but he needs to commit and get “all in”. |
| 1 year 13 weeks ago | We have room for Ty..but I don't think he has the guts to commit |
He should have pulled trigger last week. |
| 1 year 13 weeks ago | Ty Isaac likely doesn't have the guts to commit now |
Ty Isaac likely doesn't have the guts to commit now. Too bad, he should have pulled the trigger last weekend. |
| 1 year 13 weeks ago | Ty |
I will be more interested in this once he commits. Going anywhere but UM makes no sense but I am sure everyone at his school is ensuring he gives ND a look. That is just how it works. |

| 1 year 15 weeks ago | I don't think Ben commits. |
I don't think Ben commits. That said, if his brothers attend the Ivy League I don't think he is going to give up rank at the dinner table by attending O$U. His brothers should know the difference between a Michigan degree and one from OSU or BGSU. |

is my personal best at 225 lbs. Of course I weigh 185 and am older. You peak in strength a little older than 22. |

Missing him would suck. 40 year mistake if he goes to ND. |

For the record, your photo with Gainsborough's Blue Boy is classic. I wish I thought of that.

...not sure that is a great sign. Or a bad one for that matter.
For the record, I am wearing a Montana Griz shirt today and am about to buy a ski pass in Whitefish, MT.

Not a good comparison
Meyer will get more good recruits in one year than DRod did in three. |
| 1 year 25 weeks ago | Not a good |
Not a good comparison... Meyer can recruit and respects the culture. Meyer will have more good recruits in one year than DRod did in three.
This recruiting thing is pretty important. |
| 1 year 26 weeks ago | Bell Curve... |
Agree with you....the more stars the more certain they are to land in the middle of th ebell curve for panning out. A 2 star can make - but not as certain. I trust stars given everything else because of this probability view. I trust the coaches once the person is a clear starter as a soph or JR. |
