Will the OSU game stay at 12:00?
Sorry, unusual post, but looking for a quick answer: it seems that often game times get changed based upon TV's whims. Currently it's a 12:00 start, and I just discovered an appointment I made a couple months ago for 1:00, which obviously much now change. I would hate to change it to later and then have the game change on the appt that has to be that day.

I have never heard of it changing on an arbitrary whim. I think the only reason it would change is due to an unforeseen circumstance (like if the venue is suddenly unavailable, etc) but not because the broadcast company changed their minds.

ABC ESPN already has its schedule set for Nov 28.
ABC ESPN also has a number of other games that would be attractive for the 3:30 time slot, such as OU vs OK State and ND vs Stanford.

That would be my preference so I can watch the whole game before having to go to a swim meet.

You might want to reach out to Brown Bear, so he can arrange things to accomodate both you and the OP. Need to avoid 1 for OP's appointment and be done before 330. Also, can't be a night game (November). I think a 900-1230 slot might just work.

Not if you drive over to Chicago. They would change it to 11am then.

roll out of bed, get a bowl of MGoBlog approved cinnamon toast crunch, turn on the tube and watch the game. I can't think of a better way to start the day.

Unless you live on the west coast and have unholy kids soccer coaches that have f'ing practice on Saturday mornings. And goddamn comcast xfinity mobile app doesn't broadcast network channels. So I am completely fucked and have to pray my friends respect that I am in the bubble until I can get home and try to catch up on dvr as fast as possible. I love noon game when I lived in Michigan but on the west coast with kids, 9am games suck ballz. FUCK!

My wife takes my son to Chinese school Saturday mornings from roughly 9am to noon. He's starting to take more of an interest in sports (I caught him watching Minnesota playing UL-Monroe in basketball the other day?!? Even I'm not that crazy about sports,) so I may start DVR'ing the early games so I can watch with him. But for now, I like being able to watch the games in peace and quiet so I can really focus in on the inane commentary of Brock Huard and Bob Windshield.

ABC games stream through WatchESPN, which should be available if you have Comast/XFinity.

how the TV contracts work.
Michigan/OSU was selected for the noon ABC/ESPN slot, for 3:30 ABC/ESPN selected PSU/MSU (ABC/ESPN means ABC if you're in the conference footprint, ESPN if you're out of it)
ABC/ESPN place 2 games on their 6 day hold which means they'll select a channel and time slot later. Stanford/ND and USC/UCLA they will select one of those two games for their 8pm time slot, the other will get an ESPN slot. They are both west coast timezone games and ESPN needs to fill a 7/730 time slot, ABC its 8pm time slot..
Moving the Michigan game at this point would require moving 2 games if they moved to 3:30 and 3 games if they moved to 8pm.
Changing the game will not happen.

So I'm trying to understand the excuse. Even if it was a scheduled 3:30 kick shouldn't you be well into pregame ritual by 1? C'mon now! Think we're still in the RRod or Hoke years here?! Pick yo game up!
