What is latest on Franz?
Looking for updates on here daily for Franz news and hearing crickets. Doesn’t he have a deadline to decide? The impact he can make for next year is so big. We need shooting and another dependable body. I like this team going into 19-20 if we can lock down Franz Wagner! He can shoot and play multiple positions.

Howard publicly mentioning Wagner has to be a good sign. Pretty much means he’s signed his LOI or an equivalent

Another good sign is he hasn't announced he's going pro in Germany. The logical assumption is he's waiting to hear officially regarding his academic status. I've heard unofficially that it's been approved. But that was from some random internet posting U-M fan. Still, there's a chance it could go either way, but I'm on the optimistic side on this one.
