Tough call. Was still very early in the 3rd quarter, it's almost one of those things where you respect the opponent enough to not pull the starters until toward the end of the game. Having said that, they could have run Green, Drake and Isaac out there and no one would have noticed. Yes, hope he's ok. But also, RB depth is good.

did anyone see the sideline shot of thompson wearing the older blue jersey rather than our new purple jerseys.  i prefer the blue but i guess we're going purple this year.

that a good game plan can easily mean being like "hey, we're up 31-0 with 10:00 left in the game. let's try and be a little conservative so we hold onto this lead, rather than play risky and risk something going horribly wrong for us."

makes for less exciting 2nd halves, but also makes for better preserved leads.
