No reason to be nervous. I'm not a freshman and mine haven't arrived to GR yet either. If you're registered for classes and you've ordered the tickets, they'll be there. Doesn't make waiting any easier, though.

I think everyone has. you have to be registered for classes to have receieved them. if you aren't, they keep them at the ticket office and you have to bring proof of registration.

Although, I wonder if your took longer because of the distance?

Edit - oops. I stand corrected. Everyone I know has gotten theirs already. Sorry.

As a Ph.D. student, we sometimes forget to register for classes until the last day, since our "courses" never fill up.  One of my fellow PhD classmates was getting worried because they still hadn't received their tickets.

They have now registered for classes, I'm guessing that they will still receive them in the mail?  Does anyone know exactly how that works?  Do you just have to be registered by the time they finish mailing the last sets of tickets?  Or do you have to go pick them up if you aren't registered at the time that they would have initially mailed them?

I'm in the WMU/Nebraska group and don't have them yet.  They better be in my mailbox when I get home this evening or I'm going to . . . I'm going to . . . wait until tomorrow.

Thanks for calling the AA and updating us all.  Much appreciated.

I received mine in SE Michigan two days ago, my mail people are usually really slow for some reason too. A friend of mine in the next city over got his the day before me. Hope it works out for you but I wouldn't be too concerned just yet

My son's student tickets arrive earlier this week (in the Cleveland area).  I agree they are huge -- they are the same size as the season tickets, which never was the case before.

We were shut out of Alumni Assn tickets this year, but did get some 4 packs from the Athletic Department.  Those arrived earlier than the student tickets -- they arrived during the last week of July while we were on vacation.  Thank god no one stole them.

On the tickets there something I can't decipher.  Either it's a big letter "I" or else it's a Roman Numeral "one".  Assume its the latter in recognition of the first ever night game at the Big House.  Anyone have insight?

I live in West Michigan and I JUST got mine today. I think they mail them out in waves, which is why some people I know got them almost a week ago and I didn't get them until today. Add in the fact you're in El Paso and I wouldn't start worrying for another week.

Isn’t there a new person in charge of the ticket office this year?  Do they get?  Will their system work here? is he a Michigan Man?

And they have a vm that says they are still working on season tickets (student and regular).  Should all be done by Monday.  So I would guess that's when they should be mailed out.  Also, Monday they should be ready for pick up if you did will call.

I picked up my tickets at the ticket office. They said as long as you didn't order a t shirt you should be able to pick them up at the ticket office. They have not printed the packages with t shirts yet.

Dunno if anyone will see this, but have any upperclassmen gotten terrible seats?

My girlfriend and her seating group got seats meant for freshmen because she had a co-op/internship during fall semester last year, and apparently some office screwed it up to say she was a freshman because of the time off. She has around 90 credits but they said she had only about 15. There is no way to reverse it, and I've heard this problem a few times.

Is there any recourse at all? People have said you can write a strongly worded letter to get better seats next year, but everyone in her seating group will have graduated, so that's useless. All I can say is, I love this school and football, but sometimes the system fucks up beyond all recognition without any chance to fix it. Maybe there's some way they could get better seats outside the student section that haven't been sold for individual games yet? I don't know. Fuck it, they aren't even my seats and I'm getting livid

Yep, I have a crap ton of credits and seniority and I got jacked. I am in row effing 96. Oh well, I am just going to sit by my friends who have much better seats in row 13 of sec 31. You are right there is nothing we can do about it right now. Since this is my last year of student tickets, I am beyond peeved.
