The Maize Rage core works directly with the athletic department so they do have power. Every student was informed prior to today that lining up could begin at 7 am. They didn't mean midnight, 3 am, or 6:30 am. People who got there at midnight and people who got there at 6:59 were no different. Maybe the athletic department wasn't clear enough about the time (although they sent 2 emails about it), but it's certainly not the Maize Rage core's fault. The president and rest of the board was just trying to fix the situation. If people followed the rules from the emails there wouldn't have been an issue.
We had to buy them before selection Sunday. We told the ticket office which sites we would go to (8 possibilities). If we ended up at a location that you picked you were automatically charged for the tickets.
Maybe now Tigers fans can stop telling me that the Yankees are the only team that buys championships. As a Yankee fan I've always said that if you have the money then spend it on your team. The Tigers are finally starting to do that.
There should be plenty of parking on side streets nearby because students are still on break. I'm sure you could pay somewhere, but there should be no problem with parking for free.
I agree except it has been pointed out numerous times that we were playing WESTERN ILLINOIS! They're not exactly a marquee opponent. I happen to be one of those 100-150 people, so I wish everyone was always loud, but it's simply never going to happen especially since the student section was actually made smaller. Just wait for the MSU and OSU game. Everyone will be loud for those games.

This is honestly the best hype video I've ever seen. I loved some of the football videos, but the editing and the music here were EPIC. I have been ready for this season since Darius missed that floater, and this made me even more excited!
You will EASILY get in. I got in with about the same GPA and a lower ACT. You have good extra-curriculars, and I had the same thing happen with my freshman GPA being lower than Soph-Senior. Definitely mention the medical thing and how you overcame/are overcoming it in one of your essays. Finally, UM is definitely worth the price (I decided between MSU and UM as well). Good Luck!
Last year they were 200 but we only had 7 home games and we didn't have ND, OSU, or Nebraska. I'd say they will be around 240 or 250 for next year. Whatever the price is, it is worth it.

I can't just blindly follow Mattison yet. He hasn't coached a game for us yet. However, with that said, I think Mattison will do a good job and certainly a better job than GERG or his predecessors did.

Does anyone know if the South end zone scoreboard is progressing at the same speed as the North end zone? I noticed that we can only see the North scoreboard on the webcam.
Bud Selig is an idiot. It's sad that the most memorable All-Star game has been the 2002 contest that ended in a tie. MLB needs to take away the rule where every team needs to be represented.
As far as pitchers starting on Sunday, I think that Felix Hernandez is also starting on Sunday so that's probably not the reason Sabathia is not on the roster. It makes absolutely no sense.
I think part of the reason he wasn't picked was because he's going to pitch the Sunday before the All-Star game and those pitchers can't pitch. He should still be recognized with a spot though. Another snub was Mark Teixeira. He's second in the MLB with 25 home runs and top 5 in the AL in RBIs. I'm glad the fans got it right and voted Avila ahead of Russell Martin.

That might be true but we are a MUCH different program than we were 11 years ago. Things have changed drastically and in a good way.
