For those of you interested in my TV exploits - here I am filming a commercial with George Foreman yesterday #mygrill
thanks for sharing. i heard a rumor that they're free for U of M alum, can you verfiy that?
what city was the commercial filmed in?
about the free grill, but it must be one heck of a grill that gets a $500 gift certificate.
lived south of you for a number of years, back in the '80's, in the topanga state forest. i'm guessing valencia has changed a lot since then.
I'm experimenting with making my own maraschino cherries. So after a week of soaking, broke one out and, of course, covered it with a Manhattan. I have to say, not bad.
the cherries in, and for how long?
Maraschino Liquer. Soak for a week to two weeks. Check on them after one to see if they need more time. Mine probably need more time, but I'm not known for patience.
How many children do you have? I have three, all of drinking age.
but none of drinking age. they are of fun ages though, and all of them participated in a busy farm day which included an informal (and split up by hours) triathlon interspersed with other chores, plantings, some bull wrangling, etc.
TIGERZZZZZZ!
Beering by myself. Can't justify anything good. I need to leave this MF state.
Flower Power
Grape Powerade Zero.
Meh, feeling nostalgic, so I forced my kids to watch the movie Almost Famous.
I got a little sumpin sumpin ale, happy times. (until the morning)
Bit the bullet and purchased an engagement ring today. My bank account took a serious hit so nothing fancy for tonight.
Tigers broadcast on XM. Royals feed. Busch Lights eased the pain of no Mario and Rod.
Sequana Russian River Valley Pinot Noir. Nice, reasonable bottle. At my friends UWS co-op overlooking the Hudson and the GW bridge lit up at night. Sometimes, NYC can be quite beautiful.
We, along with two partners opened a bar down here in Ajijic, MX on Apr 1. Only drinking rule is purchase own drinks at cost. Normally Centanario Tequila for me. Was in a hurry so I stopped by the liquor store to purchas a chica - big enough to get me through the nite= but not large enough to spend too many pesos on. So I ended up with about a 16 oz. bottle of Jose Cuevo Tradicional, not the best shit where Tequila is the national wine, but with a little coke and mineral water not all that bad.
