Saturday Night Drinking Thread
Why wouldn't you want to watch Jimmy Clausen?
Avatar is a reference to this. Go Blue!
I am reliving some nice memories from 2007 and 2009.
Abort, Retry, Fail?
Clausen dropping the ball as he runs...and turning it over. I missed your unique style of comedy, Jimmy.

It's a long story, that involves a sordid childhood, a spell back firing and a scar. I really don't want to get into it.
Had a family part of byob tasting today which I supplied the ultra pretentious goose island vintage collection. So I am killing off inventory of Pere Jacques and Pepe Nero. All of the Sofie and Matilda was already enjoyed :(
Edit: 1 inventory (lil drunk)
Password is taco
Vodka and orange juice. Arguing football (specifically UM vs Bama) against the sec fans here in south Carolina. Sigh...I miss Michigan

Welcome to the Board to you as well. Keep fighting the good fight against those evil SEC fans.

For the warm welcome. I've been reading the blog daily for two plus years and moving to SEC country finally pushed me to join the fun.

Mmm, watching Clausen get sacked still feels good. Feels right.
Abort, Retry, Fail?
Arizona peach iced tea because I'm writing a paper on the history of England's and France's nuclear policy.
It ain't easy being cheesy
France's history must be pretty short
/generalizing
So hot. Milk was a bad choice.
First Saturday Drinking Thread I can (legally) participate in. Starting off with some beer, a hocker pschorr,
USING GRATUITOUS AMOUNTS OF CAPS LOCK SINCE APRIL 2011
Happy (Belated) Birthday!
I don't know who's hair is better, John Stamos circa Full House or Denard
GO BLUE
May I say, you've made an excellent choice for your first legal drinking thread! Happy belated birthday, in that event, as well!
"Funny isn't it, how naughty dentists always make that one fatal mistake."
Follow the random tweets of a Michigan alum - http://twitter.com/#!/LorneEC3
Happy birthday ? Wish it was the day of!

The time change works in your favor, you can do the "it's my birthday" schtick every few states. Plus the hour difference works in your favor when drunk dialing/texting.
Dinner at Seva in A2 with Atwater Pale Ale, and now Blue Light while watching the Olympics and Tigers.
Also, the Rangers Jerseys are terrible - they look like pajamas.
One does not simply sip on Smirnoff Ice.

CoE Class of 2007
King of Beers and some Tigers baseball. Hoping these next three weeks go by pretty quick!
Drinking a couple of bottles of Unibroue 17 Grande Reserve with friends and cellaring a few more bottles
Lost in the Land of DERP
tremendous. I had a trois pistoles this afternoon. I am drinking a Lucifer now. It has one of the biggest heads I've ever seen.
And when we play as a team, when the old season is over, you and I know it’s going to be Michigan again. Michigan!
Stoudt's double ipa. Exactly what i needed after a long week.
mount gay rum and tonic...with a little lime. Delicious.
Try Havana Club (not available in the U.S., obviously). I hadn't had it until a recent trip to Montreal and a bartender suggested the 7 year-old. It was very good. Very smooth, and excellent with a lime wedge.
YES! I've heard that Havana Club is actually legal in Florida.. Does anyone know anything about this?
Bears Beets Battlestar Galactica
The "Havana Club" available in the U.S. is actually made by Bacardi. I don't know if it's any good because I haven't tried it. On the other hand, it kind of strikes me as similar in nature to smoking tobacco grown from "Cuban seeds". Close, but ... Well, you know the rest.
I am always looking to expand my horizons! Thanks for the rec.
So much Bacardi Limon. Just finished my summer internship, and I'll be moving back to Ann Arbor for the last time on Tuesday. Time flies, man.
GBOD

I'm watching the second half of a Week 1 preseason game. Clearly I have an itch to scratch.
