Roh says watch out for Wormley
Big praise from @craigroh88 aimed at @chris_wormley43. Called Wormley "the 12th stage of evolution" for gaining 30 lbs of muscle in camp!

30 lbs of muscle! Guy was already a beast at 6'5 270. Sounds like he's destined for 3-tech, although if he's athletic enough i don't mind a 300lb 5-tech
He might need that bulk if he ends up playing some 3-tech, which is also a possibility.
So did his hair.
JAKES!
Mattison have a deeper rotation and be able to get more pressure without as many blitzes. Wormley is sounding like he is close to Branch size.
^ I wish I could pos bang you more, totally had a LOL and then the "look" from the wife from that comment. Good Day Sir.
It's really for anyone with a dream and a belief in magic...and a little extra time after school.
This one time, at band camp, Chris Wormley gained 30 lbs
Death Roh camp son.
'Death Roh, what a brother know!'
Is there a chance he dropped some weight from his injury and gained 30lbs from that weight and not the 270 he was listed at?
The roster from last year that is still up on MGoBlue.com lists him at 279 before his injury, so he probably lost some weight and is up to around 290ish now, but I wouldn't mind him at close to 300 pounds of pure muscle at 6'5".
chris wormley may be a great physical specimen but he is mostly a large bag of salt water just like the rest of us.
if he indeed has 300 pounds of muscle, his total body weight would likely exceed 600 pounds. the rest being: bone, cartilage, blood, skin, internal organs, etc.
A 600 lb 3-Tech!!!!! Woo-hooo!!
Huge in the picture that was posted before the Bowl Game with the Mash unit. It didn't look like bad weight either.
Who else is in this "Mash Unit?"
Bryant and someone else I think. They were pictured in the bowl uniformz without pads.
I just checked his twitter and it is his background pic.
It looks like the others are Antonio Poole and Kaleb Ringer.
Hawkeye Peirce,Trapper John McIntyre,Radar O'Reiley and Margaret Hot Lips Houlihan
Hey, it worked for Jerald Robinson
Klinger, Radar, Hot Lips, you know... the whole gang.
EDIT: Damn, responded in the wrong spot!
I don't know how to embed, but Wormley looks HUGE in this picture.
Yup. I feel weird and creepy after looking at that.
...and this from "R Kelly."
Ahh touche. Well played sir.
Me too. The resemblance is uncanny.
Wow, did you see the knockers on Kortney Kardashian in that pic?
I give it 5 fakes out of 5. I'm sure he's running a 4.4 as well.
4.35 actually
that was probably since he's been on campus, much longer period of time. Especially once he tore the ACL, they typically focus on upper body strength and heavy lifting since he can't do much on his feet except rehab.
I suspect the tweet was worded imprecisely. It was presumably in camp that Roh praised Wormley for adding the 30 lbs. of muscle, not that the entire 30 lbs. was added in camp.
Entirely possible.
It could take 1 to 1.5 years to gain 30 legit pounds of muscle without "help".
according to some due on the internet!
Gaining 30 lbs of pure muscle in a whole year would be pretty unlikely, let alone 6 weeks. Chances are he gained 30 lbs of "mostly good" weight. I am a kinesiology major and from what I have read it is generally accepted that the average person can expect to gain 10 lbs of muscle in a year on a good program. Wormley is clearly not the average person and is benefitting from world class training and diet advice, so his expectations would be higher, but not 30 lbs in 6 weeks high. I would bet that 30 lbs is maybe ~20 lbs muscle and was gained in closer to 6-12 months. There is nothing wrong with putting on some weight from fat in a sport such as football so long as speed and power is maintained. This is beside the point though, dude is big and getting strong as he should be with Michigan's S&C staff.
