1. Hurricaine Matthew is not a surprise.

2. There is now national weather reporting 24 x 7 so no doubt both teams were aware of the situation: wet, wet and sloppy.

3. He has had many days to game plan for this concern. Clearly running the ball effectively, ball safety and trying to take advantage of good opportunities would be critical. It reminds me of the scenarios described in the really old coaching books by Knute Rockne, Fielding Yost and others from the 1920s when they would advice kicking it away early on 3rd down to try to force the other team to handle the ball deep in their territory - basically playing for an error.

4. Will be interesting to see how Kelly tries to defend this one.

As funny as it is to see Kelly melt down (again) I really feel bad for that center. If anyone deserved to get yelled at, it was the dudes on the sideline that should have been hearing it from the players for giving them no shot at winning.
But, who cares?
It's nd.
Hahahahaha!

I feel bad for the center too, horrible conditions with a slippery ball. The kid made a mistake and Yosemite Sam let him have it. Kelly appears to have no personal accountability, all the problems are because of the players not executing and his assistants not coaching well enough. If I had a son who was a football prospect, I would not consider letting him play for Brian Kelly.

Funny. I didn't see this score on ESPN. I guess they only list the scores for teams in the top 25. Hahahahhabahhahahahhahahahaha.

Maybe they should start passing the number 2 jersey around to players each week.... They'll be there for a while! Hahaha

How does Kelly retain his job after this season? I really struggle to see how such an arrogant fan base will allow this to continue for years to come.
I think the seat is hot. I also don't understand how young people would willingly play for this guy. I've never coached high level football, but I've coached, and never found berating a kid effective.

I mean it really devalues the whole point system if we do a posbang EVERY time ND loses this season /s

Watching ND just reminds me of our not too distant past; and it's hard to enjoy the schadenfreude of it.  I will enjoy the hell out of it when it eventually happens to the buckeyes however.

noter dame has been overrated crap since 1988.  that's three decades of this crap where they're pre-season Top 10 and expose themselves as frauds.  During the worst parts of the past few years at Michigan, we were never like that AND ...we still beat noter dame most of the time.

I can not help but think about how good this is for Michigan going forward.  Dark days are ahead for both ND and msu.  This will help (imhepinion) on the recruiting trail.  As a MgoFan of Michigan I feel like average is in both of those schools immediate future.

Handle the Rutgers today boyz!
