OT: Update from Bolivia. 2013 Version [READ ME!]
Figured an update on Year 2 of my sentence was appropriate.
Doing well down here, things have settled down dramatically after the Mayan apocalypse didn't come to fruition. Was actually kinda nuts here for a while. One of the villagers came to my tent and told me of the misfortune at PSU and the possible matriculation of one fine Mr. Zettel to Michigan, but alas, like the Mayan prophecy, no dice. In any event, I'm starting to enjoy life down here. Found myself a nice Bolivian wife, and I'm proud to annouce we are expecting a future BKFinest, Jr. in the coming year.
Glad to see things are back in order up in the States under Mr. Hoke. Back to back excellent recruiting classes portend to a strong Michigan future. Sendling love to all of you. Sorry for the brevity, just not sure how long this bootleg wireless feed I was able to steal from my neighboring villager will last.

Probably the only person I remember being sent to bolivia that didn't get on my nerves. BKfinest recruiting was funny and I never took it seriously. Grats on the kiddo.

It's based off of a funny famous quote where oblivian was mispronounced bolivian. Now whenever someone posts something that gets them on the naughty list they get negged to Bolivian.

Back when negbangs counted toward your MGoPoints (and might do so in the future, per rumblings from Seth and Brian), when you voiced something outstandingly stupid or offensive, you'd be said to be negged to "oblivion", generally below the threshold where you couldn't start threads and whatnot. The internet being what it was, "oblivion" soon turned into "Bolivian".
