These are always subjective, always enjoy when people give their opinion as if they're right and others are wrong.
Anyone mention Bloodline? Very good.

The Last Dance
and a really good sleeper documentary was:
Sunderland Til I Die

Rome was one of my favorite series. Though I have to admit that after binge watching it I thought I could solve all my problems by stabbing people. Took a bit to get stabbing out of my problem solving tool kit. (I managed to resist it.)

Fringe and person of interest suffer through procedural first seasons and blossom into two of my all time favorites.
August 11th, 2022 at 3:42 AM ^
In no particular order:
Twin Peaks, original run, ignoring the episodes without Lynch
Game of Thrones
Westworld, although I didn't love season 3.
Seinfeld
Dr Katz, I'm sorry but this was hilarious deadpan
The Wire
Shows where they ultimately reveal that they were going nowhere the whole time, like Lost and Walking Dead, are insulting so left off my list as payback.

If you like Westworld try Nolan’s first show Person if Interest. It’s incredible
