IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE, DO NOT DO DRUGS. If you are not a professional athlete, DO NOT DO DRUGS.

why you're "LS and Play" and not "LSD and Play"

NBA don't care. MLB don't care.
NFL's #1 sponsor is the beer giants, who have an obvious interest in keeping greens illegal; and thus we get to Josh Gordon's 16-game suspension for a positive drug test.

You mean this drug testing system that is ridiculous on its face?

Anyway, the NFL should really stop giving a shit about its players smoking pot. It makes them look worse than the "offenders."

The Bronco and Seahawk players are particullarly irritated.

is true, but it doesn't mean that part of the contract between the NFL and its union isn't extremely ridiculous. Obvious Ray Rice example is obvious.

Ha. I wasn't really being serious so much as I was making light of the OP's use of caps.

IF YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE, DO NOT DO DRUGS.
However, if you are in the NFL, feel free to beat your fiance in an elevator...I'm sure these two will receive at least two games more than noted abuser Ray Rice.
What a joke.

Interesting. Not really. I had a buddy who went to michigan state and he would hang out with Le'Veon Bell and other football players regularly. He also played sports there.
What he told me is that they all smoked pot regularly together. He has no reason to lie to me, because he knows I don't give a damn about what they do. As someone who used to indulge in the green stuff, he thought it would be interesting to me to tell me who he has smoked with up there.
I can say if MSU were to drug test their players after they came back from any of their breaks, they would undoubtably get some positive results. This goes for the MSU football, basketball, and baseball team.
Since I doubt my finding will ever do anything or be note worthy it's still interesting for me to know what they get away with up there.
I know, I know... Cool Story Bro.

Or, more likely, if you a professional athlete who is going to be drug tested at some point, you probably shouldn't do drugs during the preseason.

History has shown Blount is also not afraid to resort to blunt-force in resolving conflicts.

Naturally, "Behind The Steel Curtain" is all over this story for you - LINK
If you were wondering how this might possibly affect them on the field should Bell and Blount somehow find themselves off of the field for this particular incident (at least for some time), they've got a concise answer for you:
Bell and Blount comprise of approximately 100 percent of the Steelers' game-experienced running backs. The Steelers did nothing in the offseason to replenish any further lack of depth that was partially filled by Blount.

More generally, if you are a person in the United States of America don't drive around with pot in your car. Or any drugs. Or unregistered firearms. Or hookers and fireworks. Basically, don't be an idiot.

miss four games and give away how many hundreds of thousands of dollars each because dumb and dumber can't pass on sparking some herb, during the season no less. go green, go phatty blunt.
as the 3 stooges used to say, 'we got morons on our team'. i thought the lions had the market cornered in that regard. guess not.

My main rival in fantasy has Bell as his #2 back. He also picked up Blount yesterday as a FA to buffer his RB stable. I am slightly gleeful at this news. I play him twice in the first five weeks. I'm hoping for a six game suspension for both.
