OT: Stay classy, Ohio - Browns fans swing helmet at Steelers QB Piñata

Submitted by JamesBondHerpesMeds on November 24th, 2019 at 4:02 PM

Because this week (and most other weeks except for the week we celebrate the birthday of a Great American, John Glenn) Ohio deserves every moment of our teeth-gnashing ire and disdain, I present you this show of wonderful fandom:

Cleveland tailgaters even had a Mason Rudolph piñata, and blindfolded fans tried to hit the Steelers quarterback dummy with a Pittsburgh helmet, according to video from Cleveland.com.

The irony is that Browns fans are doing a great job trying to climb the mountain of "worst fans ever", surpassing their brethren/sistren in Pittsburgh, (as well as Columbus and several shady Premier League outfits.)

The piñata called them a racist name... En Español...

(Hate Ohio all you want, but this is actually pretty funny. Come on, maaaaannnnnn...)

I think this is hilarious. Remember, sports are just a diversion from the monotony and bullshit of everyday life. If you can't laugh at this, I would say you are losing perspective.

The sad part of this is that whoever wrote what you posted felt it was necessary to identify that it was a "dummy" dressed as the the Pittsburgh QB. I'll assume this was done because it is really not that unbelievable to think that these animals would have kidnapped the real Mason Rudolph to do this.

In related news, Devin Bush saved Pittsburgh's bacon vs. the Bengals with a 4th Q strip of Tyler Boyd after Boyd caught a pass inside the Steelers' 10 yd line with Pittsburgh clinging to a 13-10 lead and under 9 minutes remaining in the game. The strip was picked up by Minkah Fitzpatrick and returned out around midfield. Pittsburgh wins 16-10, and Cincinnati stays perfect on the year.

Chill out. I'm a Michigan/Browns fan and I find it hilarious. Myles Garrett deserves the punishment he got (we won't get into the minimal punishment for the now backup QB for the Steelers). It's OK to laugh every now and again, buddy.

I hate Ohio, but it’s a damn joke. This is representative of a culture forever in search of outrage. Lol

I think you have issues.

I know Michigan fans have more hatred than just about anyone you'll run into, but this actually is kind of fun sounding.

Michigan fans should try to enjoy life. Lots of anger, angst, hatred, and self delusion.
