OT - Rue McClanahan dies
Oh, Blanche Devereaux, your cougarly ways will be missed forever.
Who would've ever thought that Betty White would last the longest? St. Olaf would be proud.
And your second line was the first thing I thought when I saw the post.
Yep, especially since Betty White is the oldest of the four.
Thank you for bein a friend!
One of the best shows ever and I am not lying.
We all have to go sometime, but not all of us make MGOBLOG...
I'm secure enough in my manhood to say that Golden Girls was a great show.
She will be missed.
I'll get the cheesecake.
Golden Girls tattoos. World ends tomorrow.
The Golden Girls Rushmore is awesome.
75% of the Golden Girls are gone.
Please God... leave Betty alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh, Blanche Devereaux, your cougarly ways will be missed forever.
Rue McClannahan was NOT a cougar. At best, she was a soup chicken
Blanche was a cougar before today's cougars were stuffing their bras.
Unlike Sex and the City, Golden Girls was a show for women that had heart and intelligence, something rarely seen from today's drivel produced for females (my gf makes me watch plenty of it!).
Who doesn't have a fond memory of watching this show with their grandmother?
i still stop on golden girls every now and then when i'm flipping channels, wonderful and funny show.
Travel down the road the road and back again. Your heart is true. You're a pal and a confidant. And if you threw a party; Invited everyone you knew. You would see the biggest gift would be from me. And the card attached would say, "thank you for being a friend."
RIP Rue. Great show and I'm not the least bit ashamed to say that. Well...maybe a little.
I guess I must be missing something. While I think Betty White on her own is a hoot, the only thing more depressing to me than "GG" reruns are reruns of "The Nanny."
Dennis Hopper, Gary Coleman, and Rue McClanahan recently... Apparently the "3" rule for celebrities is intact. Very funny lady.
I had no idea Gary Coleman died. And there's a degree of pride in that statement.
And you have a Metal-related user name? Tsk. Tsk.
when I have a drink out on the lanai tonight.
She was a funny, funny lady. I agree with the above posters, that show was good. Very witty, unlike most of the garbage on today. RIP.
