a.) it really is cool to see all these mutts (and cats) that you all love(d).

b.)  if i had the slightest clue i would in fact post pictures of favorite livestock, such as our favorite bull.  his name, you ask?  bull-dozer.    his son was pretty cool, too.  his name...bull-winkle.  hey, it was the best i could come up with and the kids liked them.

Tauro,

How do you find Beagles? My son has been 'hounding' me to get one since our Lab passed in 2018. They sure seem lovable, happy, and good companions but the wife and I are concerned that they might be a little too high energy, curious and clever dogs that tend to be escape artists. Would love to hear your experience. Thanks!

Winston Churchill. Born in 2007. He is deaf and sits on "his" chair almost every waking minute, but he's survived about a dozen other pets. I'm beginning  to think that he's immortal.

We were very fortunate to keep our dog, Emma, this winter. She already has Cushing's disease and then her back legs just stopped working. She recovered after two months of cage rest. We suspect she slipped a disk in her back. Just turned 11 and has the energy of a pup due to the Cushing's. Loves to walk, fetch, and play with her porg from star wars.

Mr Fritz looks like an awesome friend, BBPa!  He reminds me a lot of one of my childhood family dogs, "Otis".  Along with our other dogs of my youth ("Barky" and "Snowshoes"), Otis was always there to welcome us home with unconditional love.

Very sorry for your recent loss!

RIP, Mr. Fritz. We have a chocolate lab, too, and he's 13. They're such great dogs. Always happy, always game for anything. I'm sure Mr. Fritz is dearly missed.

Booted Blue, I'm so sorry about Mr. Fritz, he looks like he was a pretty fantastic dog.

I'm tuning more and more into a dog person, but I dont have one (yet). My sister had a hedgehog for a little while, named Hedgie, and he was pretty great.

Harry, my Maine Coon-mix that I lost in January of 2019 after 14 years. A fuzzy boy who liked crunchy food and saucy treats, snored when he slept, and was very sweet-natured - unless you were a mouse or a chipmunk, in which case he'd disembowel you just for fun.

The best little guy ever.

Bode (Bo)... 2015-present

He’s a very good boy and watches Michigan sports with me, but politely excuses himself when I start yelling at the TV.
