OT: Breaking Madden
I've been reading the Jon Bois series Breaking Madden for a while now. I suppose this should go in the links of the day thread, but there is simply too much awesome in these articles to share the limelight.
Some of you, I'm sure are familiar with the series. For those not, you will spend the next 2 hours pouring over every detail. I'm not sure if everyone has my taste in comedy, but this stuff is ridiculously funny to me.

The one last week with Touchdown Tom was amazing. The preview on YouTube was a work of art.

I can't stand Jon Bois ever since he closed Jon's Sandwich Shop.

Oh, the homonymity.

I was disappointed that the series contained no meth or death.

I don't play Madden, so there isn't really much for me to read, but anyone else getting tired of people just putting "Breaking" in front of another word and making it a title. Alright, we get it, Breaking Bad was a good show. Not everything needs to be Breaking _____ though.

...Breaking Breaking.

Yeah, but I'm not sure if that pun was intended. It's a series about him literally breaking the video game Madden. Maybe there was a double meaning, but his writing is better than that.

And, for those wondering, currently playing Madden is unneeded to enjoy the posts. I admit, I was laughing pretty hard at some of the gifs.

You're certainly entitled to your opinion. Not that anyone with a Kanye West avatar would feel entitled or anything.

The most recent one killed me. I don't know why. But the fact Madden stops keeping count of the score is very funny to me.

This is one of my favorite weekly reads.

Thank you for posting. These experiments are hilarious. Really enjoyed the Manning OL experiment.

Jon Bois is, in my opinion, the best understated humorist of the Internet. His Twitter feed alone is priceless. It helps that I actually picture Hobbes saying all of the things he writes.
And Jon's Sandwich Shop is good, but I'm still upset I haven't heard anything about his San Francisco Eatery in awhile -- it was going to feature trolley burgers!

My favorite is easily the one where he makes a team consisting of 70 Greg Schianos

The clip where Schiano slowly walks behind a streaking Ted Ginn is priceless.
Tom Brady v. Tiny Colts is my favorite.
