There goes the OSU offense's shutout of the Iowa defense. They'll probably have to give up 2 more TDs and a FG for this to be competitive deep in the second half.

lol, my joke about Iowa punting on first down was not a joke.
It would be 7-0 Iowa if they simply did not try on offense.
Or okay, don't punt on first down because the D needs to rest.
Take a knee, let the play clock bleed to :01...take another knee. Go to :01 again...you guessed it, knee. Then punt on 4th and 13 after giving the D a little breather.

With that said, NEVER draft an OSU QB. They are all system dudes who are never tested like an NFL QB. They ALL have flamed out quickly in the NFL. All of them.

OSU's offense is too explosive. Iowa's defense may keep them in the game early, but those snaps add up.

Fun stat: 4 possessions into the OSU-IOWA game the score was 7-3 and both teams had a combined total of -5 yards of offense.
Sad tho: Iowa now getting gashed on the ground game.
