OSU gets Weber. Big deal. But now every player - especially every player from Detroit - will think twice before they give Urb their John Hancock. You would think by now that his sleaziness would be well-known, but every additional reminder helps us.

we all get comments about our clothing. weber is a high school athlete finishing up a very high profile and controversial signing day.

unless he has no other clothing, he is wearing a michigan shirt for a purpose- the attention.

SERIOUSLY?!?! If any of you thought he was NOT gone need to check to see if you even cared about Michigan football!! He committed to Hoke....not the program. When kids commit to the MIchigan Program they stay...COLE...KINNELL...NEWSOME...MALZONE...PERRY...and DAVID!! This is an institution of amazing football history and those who wish to join do not look at adversity as an issue they look at it as a challange TO OVERCOME!! Too much has been made of our coaching change...but we have better men for it.There will be further defections and I as one welcome them....Coach embodies "For Those Who Stay WILL Be Champions" We will not have seen a team or direction of the program chnage in such a dramatic way as this COACH will bring! Leave Weber ALONE....he made his choice and leave him to wallow in the mediocrity of being a 4th string practice player.... DONT call him names on Facebook or Tweet him disparaging remarks!! We have too many issues of grown men who have never played the sport texting and tweeting this man you made a CHOICE...albeit a BAD one. Become what we as a university embolden....a pillar of tolerance and pride...Weber will taste the sting of defeat over and over and over...his loss not ours!! REJOICE Wolverines for vengeance WILL be ours!! GO BLUE!!

the fucking audacity - it is so long past time that we reteach that lot some respect. I mean, that should piss everyone off down to the last man and woman who is part of the program.

Represent Detroit at your shitbag program? Fuck you. No games won change the fundamentally crippled humanity that is all things Columbus. On the one hand, I pray that we put a decade back on them - those people are such low, miserable no-lifes that a decade like that in the internet age would lead to mass suicides throughout that state. So on the other hand, I don't know if I wish that, because, hey, I don't want even Buckeyes killing themselves.

But who is the strong fanbase? They simply could not have handled what we just went through. Oh, that the worm turns, and then we'll see what those shit bags are made of, which is mostly just piles upon piles of sad. Fuck the lot of them.

I harbor no ill will toward Mike Weber. Karan Higdon is better than Weber, and not scared to compete. So long Mike.

Frankly I'm surprised the kid would stay.   Not saying I wish him to come here, but after getting duped by the Ohio staff like that, you'd think he'd be pissed off enough to do something about it.

His HS coach is certainly upset enough about it.

At this point, Weber's made his bed and needs to make the best of things.  The lesson to be learned from this incident is the point beng made by Brian and others on the internet; if you're a big time recruit, don't sign an LOI....ever.  If the publicity over this helps to shift that paradigm in the future, then it's a positive thing.  If the publicity over this also makes it harder for Urban Meyer to recruit in SE MIchigan, well that's also a positive thing.

.....didn't get to where he is by not being able to smooth things over with kids.  You got a professional adult recruiter who is quite good at his craft vs. a typical skull full of mush kiddo (and BTW, kudos to Roquan Smith for breaking the mold)....who's going to win the battle of the mind in this situation?  The Urbz. Once Weber entered the OSU orbit the outcome was done.

I moved on from all of this was a week ago.

Is this the last thread about Weber? He is a Buck ~ by choice.........

This is the first and last time that I will say anything regarding Weber, good luck to him.

Go Blue! Let's kick some Buck ass!

"If he really was firmly committed to OSU, and not seriously considering the flip, there's no way he'd be wearing a Michigan shirt"

130 replies to say that nobody cares about the subject of the thread.  188 on a thread about a t-shirt he wore.  150 on a thread just asking if anybody knows anything new about him.
