The guys on the bench had to hold him back. I thought he was going to turn around and punch one of them to get at Richardson. I missed the initial slash, but it had to have been a doozy.

UNO is a very well coached team who is going to make some noise in the WCHA this season. Michigan came back very nicely tonight and perhaps they are ranked a little too high, but I like that they came out after a less than stellar showing last night to really show that this is going to be a tough team all year.
Next week a home and home with Ferris. CCHA points on the line.

Last night, the Mavs totally clogged up the neutral zone. Michigan could not get the puck through for most of the game, it felt like. It seemed like they were discouraged. Tonight, they figured out how to get around them and were able to move the puck. It was really nice to see. It also helped that Wohlberg got that goal right away, because it gave them all something to play for. I think they looked good tonight. Hopefully, this is the team we see for the rest of the year and not the Friday night team.

Great effort all-around, we jumped UNO from the start, and they looked frazzled.
